7 One off the worse distribution i ever deal with.
Always managed to stuff up the order
Edit: after some early issues with the device, my partner has managed to get a refund. I've updated to 4 stars.
Terrible customer service. Grumpy unhelpful staff, except for 1 person who was helpful but then hasn’t gotten back to us to resolve the issue. I have never left a bad review and am not a mean person but I almost feel like there’s no point in calling as I get anxious. Seriously simple issues for staff when there is a tracking number but first 2 staff wouldn’t even check and all they do is handball, customer service out the door. Seriously people running this company need to train your staff with basic things. It’s that bad you should take names of your staff and individually hold them accountable for rudeness and neglect, they seem as if they cannot cope with their jobs. In my 50 years on this planet I’ve never ended up hanging up on anybody out of sheer frustration.they do not listen or follow through
Excellent service Excellent range, I have been purchasing off them for months now and I have never had a problem. Their staff have been great and informative and a special thanks goes to Woody the main man. From a Business perspective, I don`t see any problems here, maybe consumers expect to much.

Poor experience and service. Signed up our business to move to a Telstra NBN plan. Over a period of 6-weeks, this has been a DISASTER to our business, promises made none delivered in all aspects, technical, support, service, functionality, billing and more, too many to list, one after another – Telstra themselves (Leaders business partner), can be held responsible for some of these disasters. Some Leader support has now been forthcoming since posting this review (now edited - October 2019), but Leader being a ‘business partner’ with Telstra seems to hold very little clout and really not much help! Many issues still remain unresolved and we are still awaiting final outcomes. As a result, we have lost business causing us undue pressure, stress, time and money to business.
Sam is very helpful, he has been moved from being my account manager but I'm sure the new guy will be just as good!
