These guys keep sending me email asking me to pay Contract review that I never agreed on. I was dealing with a guy and he said I can ask him anything free of cost. Then got email from a lady asking me to pay when I was dealing a guy from the start. Be careful seems like a trap to me.

They did the settlement well but won't rate good in terms of communication. Didn't send me prompt updates - always had to ask for updates.initial sales contact was following up promptly everyday but with the legal contact not so much - also went above the quoted price without explaining early in the process for extra disbursment checks (which I don't think is needed). Overall not a pleasant experience as other recommended just ok.

I used lead conveyancing for review of contract because they were able to carry out the work urgently but I did not continue with them for the rest of the process because once the review had taken place it was very hard to get in contact with the solicitor for clarifications and advice. As others have stated it's a very impersonal service. The prices is low and I think the advice was good but for something as important as settlement on a new mortgage I will go to a conveyancer that has enough time to deal with me.

I chose LEAD after my first conveyancer wasn't thorough when examining the contract of sale before rushing to sign off. The team at LEAD made sure the situation was prioritised and managed to exercised my rights as a buyer to protect my interests.

Trinh was our representative throughout the whole process. There were many unfamiliar elements in the process as a first home buyer where she would patiently educate me to fill the knowledge gap. I'm very pleased at each step she was always ahead of every task. She is quick, concise, effective and trustworthy.
