Delivery excellent. Food…pho meat inedible chewy, pho worse than I had anywhere. Eggplant, bitter had to throw it out. Seafood passable, but expensive mostly calamari and vegetables, 2 prawns and 4 scallops. Would not recommend ; go to Victoria St and eat good Vietnamese at 5th the price.

Great fresh food and friendly staff. Prices and good and it's BYO which is great. Highly recommend.

From what we chose from the menu we couldn’t relate any of the main courses to Vietnamese quisine. The dishes were poorly fortified with mainstream meat ingredients, the sauces tasted like they were out of a packet and some other ingredients tasted decidedly stale. And to boot it took 45 minutes to deliver the order. A thoroughly underwhelming experience.

Really good Vietnamese restaurant. The food here is even better than in Vietnam! Friendly staff and nice restaurant to sit down.:)

Not sure why they bothered to put any sauce in for the pho as it was literally a drop. Did not even cover the bottom of container. Not sure why they bothered to put in noodles or bean shoots either as it was minimal. Very minimal meat also & soup for $22
Don’t normally write a review however after the 3rd time i figured it was warranted. Will not be ordering from here again. We have walked away still hungry

From the time we walked in till we left, everything was great. Good welcome cosy restaurant. Great service, friendly staff. The food was sooo good. Especially the duck taco. So delish. Loved it all. Thank you. March 2023.

At Order the delivery time was between 7pm and 7.15pm. The food turned up around 8pm. Incorrect information was given in several phone calls.

We had a table of four and had a set menu, which had one amazing meal on it the rest were average. Things we're also forgotten on the menu and we had to repeatedly ask for a wine bin.

Arrogant and unapologetic head chef/ restaurant manager whose lousy attitude is reflected in the terrible service of her wait staff.
I arrived with friends ordering myself a starter which was served to someone else with their identical starter on the same plate and table. He was lucky that both starters had shallots removed; otherwise, they could have gone into an anaphylactic shock due to an allergy (the chef removed the shallots of my starter without asking me). It’s unacceptable for two starters with two dietary requirements to be served to one person without adequate explanation. I was not even notified that my starter had arrived. The other person didn’t realise until I took issue with the wait staff; they had already eaten both starters.
The waitress didn’t apologise, providing the solution of asking me to order the starter again at the regular price, despite already waiting an hour for food. The waitress blamed the other customer for eating both starters. Meanwhile, the group had been waiting over an hour for our mains and 30 minutes for our drinks. I requested and spoke with the manager/ head chef; the chef came out with an attitude my partner did not appreciate. The chef’s response was to tell my partner to leave the restaurant and write a review if we were unhappy with the service.
My partner and I didn’t want to leave, and we tried to find an amicable solution. However, as anyone with self-respect would, my partner and I decided to go after the chef continuously repeated, “if you’re not happy, just leave. ” My partner left the restaurant. I stayed to confront the head chef. As I approached the service desk, I saw a young girl who looked under 10 years old serving plates on the bar. If the restaurant is busy and struggling on the weekend, they should hire more staff! My discussion with the chef was cut short after she complained about the number of orders stacking up, telling me to leave if I was not happy, so that’s exactly what I did.

Do not order through Uber eats. Terrible experience with a 1.5 hour wait only to be delivered stone cold inedible food

We ordered beef Pho for delivery. The broth is heavily seasoned and very oily and the meat was tough and chewy. Probably the worst Pho we have ever had and this is one of our favourite dishes. Quick delivery however

We ordered the Pho for delivery. It was terrible. Very oily and no flavor. Really disappointed.

Just be wary when ordering delivery via Uber. I was drawn in by their 10-20 minute delivery time frame. Then… After 2.5 hours, 6 unanswered calls, various reports to Uber and no delivery… I ordered elsewhere. Beyond frustrated.

If you’re looking for reliability… I can say that Hanoi Hannah delivered on time and the food was delicious!

Friday night the place was packed the food was excellent but the place oh so noisey. Go during the week.

We booked a table for five, they wanted to give us a small table for four. It took one and a half hours for our entrees to arrive. They were wrong, and the waiter argued back at us. Then I was a long wait for the mains, also wrong. One meal was inedible. I do not recommend it here.

Was a regular here for a 10 years or so though haven't been for a few years till now. Place has gone downhill
With our children waited 1.5 hrs for food. Orders taken incorrectly wrong dishes brought out. The birst nest curry still ok, spring rolls tiny with no filling, pho bland, slow cooked duck was aweful. How do you make duck taste bad? They found a way.
Was my birthday dinner and ruined by this shambolic establishment.

I don’t recommend this restaurant to any of you. They sent me old remaining food there was a fly? In the soup and which was very unhealthy and not worth of price

I’m so glad I discovered Le Phan. Their beef pho is one of the best I’ve had! The broth was so tasty and rich. The beef betel leaves were also incredible. The service was super attentive and friendly. We were well taken care of. I’ll certainly come again when I’m around Sandringham!
