Very disappointed! I got a 100ml perfume, and unfortunately doesn’t have any smell, not only me, no one around me! I try to explain to them, first time they change me, mixed some ingredients, but still doesn’t work! A seller was so rude! She said I can’t do anything it’s how it’s! Unbelievable the way she spoke with me, such an unprofessional to communicate with customers this way!

No one will serve you until you pay.l want to customize my perfume. She did not tell me any details or things about customization. Instead, she turned around and served other customers.

So disappointed.l’m not gonna go there again.

The service at this store is incredibly disappointing. Most of the staff were rude and unprofessional, busy chatting to each other instead of serving customers. I would have expected an experience similar to Mecca or Aesop but this felt more like Chemist Warehouse. Such a shame.

I bought about $2400 AUD perfumes from Le labo work shop which is on 183 Gertrude Street in Melbourne. As a visitor from New Zealand, I can apply for text return when I go back to my own country. Based on the government rules of text returning, if the amount over $ 1000 on one receipt, I have to ask shop to notice my personal details on the receipt. Otherwise, I won’t get the text return. Unfortunately, I don’t what’s the reason that the shop refused to support me for this mention at all. It made me completely be unhappy. I have to remind other customers that if you want to get text return, don’t spend your money with this shop

I was looking forward to experience the store since lots of positive reviews were made. Decoration is lovely, but staff was not helpful at all. He was talking to others when I entered the store without greeting and not even any attention. Very experience, disappointed. I could shop online instead.

Just like stepping back in time. The apothecary feel with the distressed details is great.
The dreamy muddle of smells as you walk in the door take you back to so many different times and places as memories are unlocked.

They are always lovely when I make an order! I always get a little something extra and the scents are unique and lasting! Totally addicted!

The olfactory senses are taken to another level at Le Labo where all five senses benefit from this exchange. Exquisite set out, the perfumes are difficult to seperate my partner from whenever we pass by. Love it as it adds another layer to Melbourne’s shopping and walking strip experience.

Had a great time in the store being helped by the lovely Jack, he talked me through the whole process and let me watch him make my perfume. The whole experience was so interesting and fun!
