I work over there very hurt over five years
That’s the worst place to work!
The owners was very rude they made me to leave from over there.
And now they talking very bad things on my behalf, even they blame me with swearing to the customers!
They effect my life on very negative way!

Best retail experience of my life. Sundus is so patient and understanding of all cultures and will do whatever she can to make sure you have the dress of your dreams.

Very poor customer service, went out of the shop to call my fianc'e and cried to him of how bad the lady there made me feel.
It was the first wedding dress shop I ever enter to in my life, I was nervous and had no idea of the prices and what to expect.
She asked me about my budget, once she knew my budget, I was looking at the dresses and she was like, these are expensive for you. I felt offended, having a budget doesn't mean I can't afford the other dresses or I have no right to look at them at least. She was looking at what I am wearing top to bottom, and asking me if my earings are real gold, and what background I was from, and she said "you don't look like a trouble maker", like ofcourse I am not!
I told her that I felt offended. Then, after that I was too uncomfortable to keep looking, and just thanked her & left.
I felt very offended, this is not how the customers are supposed to be treated, specially if they are looking for a dress for such a special occasion in their lives.
I'll preserve my dignity and money & never go back here again.

Stunning dresses, I've went to many shops but they had dresses I couldn't find in another shops

I had a good experience at this boutique. Wonderful assistance and Suzy helped us get a good outcome at the end.

Please be careful if you are on a budget of getting a wedding gown. The shop assistant Suzy doesn't give good advise if the dress can be altered or not. End up paying more for alterations and the dress till doesn't fit nicely. Feeling disappointed, if she could tell me the dress is hard to alter to my body size, I would not have bought the dress.

I found the wedding dress of my dreams at this store! Suzy and Fatima were both an absolute pleasure to deal with. So friendly and willing to help where possible. Will definitely recommend this store and the lovely ladies here to all my friends. Can't wait to get the dress

I’ve been looking for a wedding outfit that is NOT a dress!:) It was so disappointing to go to almost all the stores and not find a strapless bridal jumpsuit! This place just made everything so easy for me. They found out what I wanted exactly and were so lovely and kind. I walked out with something that was way better than what I expected! Very disappointed with the way I was treated by the lady there. I felt rushed and pushed into buying something i didn’t even want. She dropped the price of her “most expensive dress” from $11,500 to $5000. That was only if I were to buy it within that hour. As soon as I wore it she starts clapping and saying “congratulations you’ve found your dress”. Very pushy, as someone who works in retail for the last 10 years, never have I seen such rude customer service skills. Disappointed is an understatement.
