Very polite and professional guys that came out on both occasions. Very pleasant, got straight into the job and could hardly see the 5 sections where they filled in after repairing my drain. Good finish. Can't remember the last time I had a company come out and arrive when they said they were going to. Highly recommend LCL to anyone looking for a fair dinkum plumbing company that does such a thorough job from identifying the issue to repairing it. After many companies not fixing our blocked drain or giving us bad news of having to remove Pipes, Cody and Mitch reassured us and fixed the problem straight away. This was the 2nd time we've used LCL Plumbing and we were very happy with their services again despite a minor hiccup.

The two workers arrived promptly and were polite. We had to call them to unblock our drain which they did. We ran a few tests after and everything seemed ok, so they left for their next job.

A short while later the drains were blocked again, however the guys were more than happy to come back that same night to resolve the issue.

We even received a call from the owner Luke the next day to follow up and make sure the issue was fixed. Highly recommended

These guys are great! We had a tough ask with an unknown water leak and broken sewerage pipes between a number of properties but they were able to identify and fix the problem in record time. No mess, no fuss and they even got the job despite some typical Melbourne hail thrown in! Would highly recommend.

I have had the pleasure twice now dealing with this well run professional business. First two and a half years ago replacing my boundary trap and today clearing a blocked drain. Great people to deal with whether it be Luke or Allison on the phone or Ben and his team on the ground. If you want that good old fashion service and no BS advise, this is the place. From the moment I rang their office, when the boys came out to inspect, and going ahead with all the work, everything just went so smoothly. They all gave me time and explained what was going wrong and how they would fix things.
Did not have to wait or chase up for days / weeks for quotes nor when they would come out and do the job. They were very prompt and professional in their service.

Contact with LCL Plumbing started with a call to Alison, who said she would check the work schedule and call back. After a short wait Alison advised that Cody would be on site later in the afternoon. Cody arrive about 4pm-ish with able apprentice at his side. Within what seemed like no time they had discovered the blockage, cleared it, and identified the cause which went back to the build of the house when pipes were laid. With determination and skill the gravel that had got inside the pipes and had stuck to the pvc glue, causing an abrasive catch point, was also cleared. Video of the work and the accompanying explanations were amazing and appreciated. LCL came highly recommended and all the staff I dealt with live up to and maintain that reputation. I would gladly give them 6 stars * * * * * *.

I hired LCL plumbing to clean and inspect my storm water pipes as part of an investigation into the source of cracking in my house. After my insurance plumbers had already been through and found nothing, Ben from LCL located a crack and quoted a fair price for repairs. Luke and Allison over the phone, and Ben, Ethan, Kane and Cody in person, were extremely professional and friendly, and very thorough in doing their job the right way. I don't hesitate to recommend them, and I'll definitely be hiring them again in the future. They're a good bunch.

Before LCL PLUMBING, I call 2 people who uses jet and heavy equipment, first one said near 1.8 mts concrete coming from my drain it’s a big problem need at least 2k to fix, the other guy need to dig and internal pipe is broken in my drainage.that costing me 2.5k to fix, all 2 charged 250 and 220 charged me without fixing anything.just to quote and I call Luke (LCL PLUMBING). He sent 2 people just in 30 min they fixed and charged me normal price. I recommend LCL to all of my friends and families.

Ben and Ethan did a fantastic job efficiently diagnosing and fixing a drain problem and exceeding our expectations. They were transparent, methodical, and thorough. A level of professionalism which is difficult to find in the trades. They did what they said arrived on time and knew their stuff. They worked quickly and completed the job with minimum mess. Their pricing was competitive and fair. Alison at the front desk was very helpful, courteous and clear when arranging for a quote. Overall, it was a pleasant surprise for dealing with an unpleasant problem.

Had a blocked sewerage/drain pipe (inner city old pipes) on a Sunday (just my luck). LCL was able to send someone out. Very professional, came out on time as arranged and sorted us out.

Luke was very good at communicating & assisting me with my plumbing pool needs. Offered me the cheapest quote & was very confident with tackling the job. Highly recommended!

Adrian and Carl were legends. They walked us through the whole issue, showed us the video and told us what needed to be done and coordinated with the Yarra valley water. Would totally recommend you contact them for a quote before calling the number on your fridge magnet.
