L'Burger reviews
62Great atmosphere with live music, very affordable/cheap prices and quality is great although the meat was noticeably a lower quality than some of the better burger joints. Definitely would go back again though.
I was so impressed but this little burger place- chill modern vibes, lovely quick friendly service and delicious juicy finger licking burgers with perfectly cooked hot chips! Their milkshakes were creamy and so yummy!
Best of all they are so reasonably priced
Definitely would recommend- I know I’ll be back with friends!?
Food was really amazing, the burgers were soft and juicy with a great sauce combination, their chips are crispy and golden and were perfectly cooked, we tried it with a lemon caper dipping sauce that you have to try! Also got the malted milk shakes that were well presented and tasted so good that they didn't last long. Service was really fast and they are very friendly.
I came here with a group and I ordered the hotre dame and enjoyed it. My friends enjoyed their burgers and fried chicken too. I like their creative menu which features items different from other joints.
There is a sink in the dining area for anyone who gets sticky fingers whilst eating!
I felt like the burgers were slightly small for the price, but the chicken meals come with plenty of chips. There are other burger places I prefer, but it’s not a bad option if I’m in the area.
The service was excellent and the burgers were even better!
I was served the first gluten free burger I’ve had in a long time that actually tasted like a proper burger. And their hot chips were so tasty as well, all for a very reasonable price. So I will be back!
I ordered prawn and Angus burgers with combo chips. They were really fresh and tasty. The customer service was very good. The burgers are slightly on smaller side though.
Great Happy hour prices between 2pm-5pm half price burgers, how good! Juicy fried chicken burgers. Awesome stop for your good quality student food.
Hi there, i had a meal of Luxburger and fries at L'Burger. The burger as I bit it explodes in your'e mouth with a smokie, barbecued taste.deliscious, i couldn't get enought of it, literally, because i found it too be small compared to most burgers. It wasnt dripping with grease like some burgers do. The bun was fresh so was the lettuce, it wasnt drenced with sauce, just the right amount. The fries were crisp not soggy. But if pay 14$ for a burger you really feel you should have gotten a bigger burger, a double patty which i was tempted to order was 4$ extra. All in all, i wasnt satisfied with the small meall. The restaurant is very spascious with modern decor, its all very clean. The waitress is friendlly.piped music bllaring the Four Season hit Decemer 62. The restaurant is around the corner from Glenferrie station, tram route 16 runs outside of the shop. Will review Burger Lab in Parkdale next, Cheers.
Had the luxemburger and added an extra fried chicken pattie. Sample plate of fries was great. Super crunchy and crisp. Sweet potato, fries and onion rings.
Their burgers are just great. One of the best I have had. If you manage to go there during the happy hour (2-5 pm, which I didn’t know and the staff kindly mentioned it) the burgers would be half priced. I bet you wouldn’t find a better burger for $6 anywhere in Melbourne.
Fantastic tasting fresh burgers my favourite burgers in Hawthorn - and supreme fried chicken. Excellent value too and friendly staff. Thank you to L Burger for hosting our group‘s Christmas party!
Never got a bluff like this in my entire life! I asked and paid for 10 spicy wings, after coming home i found 5 only! I will never go to that restaurant!
Hands down the best burgers in Melbourne. Been here multiple times and everything is always on point. Flavours are perfectly balanced with not one element overpowering any of the others. The chips are always perfectly fried and seasoned. The restaurant itself is really nicely decorated and it's always a pleasure eating here. Thanks guys!
Burger fried in a stale oil. Yukk! I have had their burgers before, they were really good but I think they changed their chef. Also, I got burger on table after 40minutes. Disappointed.
Paid $30 for a double cheeseburger with 10 spicy wings. Burger and bun didn’t seem anything close to fresh. Basically all I could taste was butter presumably what it was cooked in but overpowered any other flavour.
The 10 spicy wings were actually just 5 fried wings that didn’t have any flavour at all. Food took about 25 minutes to come even though there was hardly anyone in the store. Best thing about the whole meal was the can of coke.
Charcoal burger was so good. Must try!
Grilled chicken burger was dry. Assorted chips basket was good too. That includes sweet potato chips.
Huge place and least crowded. Easy to spot.
Just walking distance away from the Glenferrie station. Importantly, their meat is Halal! Bonus for me.
Why don't I have photos? Coz I eat the burger before I remember to take a photo!
I love the burgers here. They are on the smaller side, but the beef tastes great.
And you can often find discounts for them through EatClub. Been here a few times, love the choice of burgers. Decor and staff are also really good.

I enquired over Instagram about their restaurant and got a reply straight away! Its great to see they advertise they are halal certified on their Instagram and have a section of halal food items on their menu. I tried the chicken burger and shared the Wagyu beef burger which were both soooo good! They definitely look as DELICIOUS as it tastes.
Since it was hot, we also had the shake and waffles (my favvvv) and definitely left the place feeling very full and satisfied! Customer service is 110% and always very accommodating. Will definitely come back whenever I'm in the area for an amazing feed.
Average at best, what was once a staple burger joint has lost its way.
Thin over cooked patty, far too much lettuce, minimal flavour and barely any cheese as it all.
I’m not coming back til you find your flavour again.
