Peter and his Team are absolutely the way to go when it comes to conveyancing. We have used Lawyers Conveyancing for the last 15 years in which they helped us with at least half a dozen properties. We used Lawyers Conveyancing twice for pre purchase advice. In both occasions, Peter was very quick, prompt and diligent with going through the section 32s and contract of sales. He picked up on potential current and future legal issues which deterred us from purchasing. Have we not done so, we could possibly face issues when selling the property in the future and to even live in it. I cannot recommend them enough. They are by far the quickest and most thorough conveyancing service we have ever used.
