I had a really excellent experience with Michael Pazzaro. He was honest, gave me excellent advice and helped point me in the right direction (an alternative to going through the lawyer/suing process) so that I would be able to get the best possible outcome. I really appreciated the time and information he gave to me. Highly recommend

Was matched to a lawyer (associate) named Michael Pazzaro. Went through the initial phone call explaining my medical negligence case. At the end of that phone call he expressed he thought my case is more than qualified and that he would call me the next day to go through a contract. The next day comes and he never calls. I call reception several times chasing things up and I needed to make a decision with which firm I go with by a certain date. Reception told me they had spoken to Michael while putting me on hold and that he would email me the next day with the missing contract. A week goes by he never calls so I call again to book in a formal phone appointment. I still recieve no emails or contract as told by both reception and Michael. Michael called over a week later at the scheduled appointment time and is wishy washy and asking me to release medical records before providing a contract. Which he has not even written yet. My experience was dealing with an incompetent, non-punctual and for lack of a better word, lazy lawyer. While he still wanted to investigate my case, because of how unreliable and unprofessional he was, how my time was wasted repeatedly I told him that I didn’t feel he was the right lawyer for me. I later reached out to the firm to ask for a more reliable/more experienced lawyer and instead of getting a call I get a text at 7: 50pm at night saying the firm won’t take the matter. If they are this unprofessional before anything begins, imagine how unprofessional they are if you were to sign with them. Avoid this place like the plague.
