Our Sales person, Brooke, was attentive, polite, was able to answer all questions in regards to the furniture and helped us make a decision that we were very happy with.

We were dealing with a lovely lady unfortunately there was an incorrect price tag listed on a furniture piece that we wanted to purchase, the lady called the manager who didn't allow to sell it for the incorrect sale ticket on the furniture. The other sale rep Sunny was so arrogant and rude in terms of customer service. We wasted our time as they didn't want to call their manager at the start to confirm if the item will be sold at the tagged price and we were only told that they won't sell at that price when we went to make payment.

Sofia called immediately and couldn’t of been more helpful, she even got my delivery through before Xmas

Worst customer service. If you are happy to wait 6 months and still waiting then order. Otherwise keep away. Have had one phone call from them in almost 6 months.definitely dodgy. Then want to charge me 20% cancellation fee for a service that they are to blame for. Do not order from these guys.

Brook was very attentive and eager to help us with our outdoor entertaining area and to match everything beautifully. We will get our delivery all before Christmas just in time.

I had a fantastic experience at Lavita in Dandenong. Adrian looked after me and was Terrific. He answered all my questions promptly and went over and above in terms of trying to help me feel comfortable with the outdoor setting I was buying online. He sent me photos and doublechecked every detail I asked about. It really was a good way to buy and I’m sure I’ll go back if I need anything more.

Found the item we were looking for, asked for additional chair which was no problem, given the pros & cons of alternatives. All done & paid, delivery in 2 Weeks! Excellent, out in a little over 30 mins.

I would not recommend dealing with this company. Appalling after sales Customer Service! I purchased an outdoor lounge suite on the 10th of January 2021, they advised the order would arrive by the end of February. I received an email in February to pay the remaining balance, but the order hadn't even arrived in Australia yet! Then another email in March, in April x2 - with the order not even being in the country. Then text messages to say to pay remaining balance, but the furniture wasn't even in Melbourne yet again! Not one single phone call or other communication to advise where the order was at or that it was delayed. Only emails requesting to pay. Only to find out the order has just arrived TODAY (mid-May 2021). 4 Months after the 50% deposit was paid. Not one single courtesy phone call to even apologise or update me. I've requested they discount the delivery fee of 99 AUD as a "good faith gesture" for the delays and them never returning my calls, and they have refused, quite rudely so! They can't even confirm a delivery date until I pay the balance! To which I am hesitant given the last 4 months of delays! Once I receive the couches I can write a review on the actual product but highly unimpressed with the way LaVita furniture conducts it's after sales customer service! I will not be returning to this store.
