Lavish Looks Studio

I went to do my eye browse yesterday, there was one girl and she was serving a customer. She stopped that and came to serve me, I have asked her to wash her hands, she looked at me with an angry mood and put some sanitiser to clean her hands instead of washing her hands.
She took only 3 minutes to do the job, I was not happy about it and charged me $12. I am not going there again for anything and I am not happy to pay her $12 for 3 minutes. Job was not satisfactory too and I hurt when she was threading. I had a really bad experience

Today very first I went there with my two girls for their hair cuts and for my eyebrows. This place is very nice, clean and atmosphere is really cool and relaxing. The lady there (should be the owner) is so nice. I’m so happy about the place and girls got beautiful nail paintings as their wishing shades even they were very happy.
Highly recommending this place with quality and pleasant service.

I’ve had my eyebrows threaded a couple times previously and they have been good. Late last year, I had a prebooked appointment to get a pedicure/manicure and they were running almost half an hour late with my appointment, because they were doing makeup on a walk in customer. I had my feet put in lukewarm water as I waited. I requested my nails be shaped in square shape and she was unable to do it. I took the file myself and demonstrated how I wanted it. Apparently the regular nail tech had left early. Dissatisfied with my service, I left after paying a discounted price. I have since been back once to do my eyebrows which was fine but after today I’ve decided to not go back. My eyebrows are naturally thick and I have not waxed in over 3 months. She made them soooo thin and when I said it was thin she said “oh you like them thick? ” I replied “yes but that’s something you should ask before you thin them out. ” I’m extremely upset. Anyone who likes to have thicker eyebrows knows how upsetting it can be when eyebrow technician makes them too thin. My eyebrows now look too small on my face and I’m sorry but I will no longer be returning to this establishment now.
I did also witness unsanitary practices when the makeup application was being done, such as using mascara wand straight from the tube.

Happy with the experience I have had with Harper today. She really took care if what I needed n looked after me. I'm one happy client. Thank you.

Beautiful and very clean studio with lovely friendly staff. Harper was very caring and attentive and did a great job threading my eyebrows and face. Manicures and pedicures are very well priced and they were able to accommodate my booking on short notice. Highly recommended.
