Why the government did not shut down this school as it only has 1 star of English and Math (max 5 stars) in the better education website, is it the worse school in Melbourne?

I am a year 7 student at Laverton college and it is a great place for learning it has various amount of opportunity’s highly recommend

Tried calling the reception about 3 times Stayed on the phone for like 10 minutes each time. When I usually call and there’s a long wait it tells me I am caller number what and so on. I have no clue what is going on but they need to fix this issues ASAP.
