2I highly recommend Lavender Moon Meditation and Wellness for newbies or for meditation regulars. It's a class that is not just about the meditation component but incorparates exercise and discussion. Amy does a wonderful job as teacher and shows she really cares about her clients.
Lavender Moon Meditation and Wellness is amazing. Amy is a excellent meditation teacher and I really enjoy attending the meditation classes that are held. Amy always makes you feel relaxed and at ease before, during and after the mediation class. I always feel relaxed and stress free when mediating at one of Amy’s classes. I have learnt a lot through attending mediation classes with Amy. I love attending the mediation classes. Lavender Moon Mediation and Wellness and Amy are the best.
