Very helpful and friendly. They actually seem to care about their patients, rather than the money

This practice took care of my animals for all the years I lived in Warrnambool. They were thoughtful, experienced and cared for all animals, including injured wildlife. From helping my old boy in his twilight, to working to get my puppy used to going to the vet and comfortable, they always went that bit further than they needed to. Oh, and not expensive!

Absolutely fantastic, reassuring and thorough vet team. I came in with concerns about behaviours my dog was showing after her first season. She was given a great check over and even though she got the all clear the Vet took the time to detail symptoms to watch out for, advised on a baby cream I could safely use for her irritation and provided a just-in-case collection jar if any signs of UTIs appeared. A follow up call from the clinic later that week with additional advice was also greatly appreciated. Thanks again!

I can’t thank the Lava Street Vet staff enough for there compassion and care of my boy Sebastian. They took such wonderful care of him in hospital and got him well again for me. They have rang me everyday since he came home to check on him and that he is feeling better. You saved my boy and I will be forever grateful. Highly recommend the wonderful and caring staff here. Exception service. I can not praise Lava Street Vet clinic enough. The care and compassion they’ve shown my girl Willow over the years was outstanding. Unfortunately Willow had to cross over the rainbow bridge last week and Dr Holly, Evie and team showed Willow and my family so much love during this extremely difficult time. Sadly this ends my time at Lava St as I can’t face the heartache of losing another fur baby and honestly this wonderful girl can never be replaced, but I wish them all the best and thank you all again so so much.

The level of care and kindness shown to Minnie and myself for cherry eye was exceptional. The options for payment is great. They will be my number one go to vet from now on.

Easy online booking system, listened to my concerns, accurately diagnosed and treated, very happy to have them care for my pets!

Took my Basset here as she seemed to have hurt her back on holidays. Easy to book appt. New clinic with nice big waiting area. Lovely vet who did a thorough job checking Ruby out and treating her. Helpful nursing and reception staff. Got a follow up call to check her progress and then an email.

The team at Lava Street Vet are very caring and compassionate. They genuinely care about the health of our pets and are always happy to answer any questions we throw at them. We unfortunately had to put our girl down recently and the team were nothing short of amazing! Evie was especially kind and understanding in such a difficult time for us.

Few months back lava street vets saved my finley. Cannot thank them all enough for the care and support they gave finley and myself, hourly calls on how he was going was so reassuring knowing he was getting the best care possible. My heart is still so full and im so very grateful for the care (and lots of cuddles) they gave him. Thankyou again! Anyone whos looking for a vet these guys are so caring for all animals!

Absolutely love Lava St Vet, With being a bit if a worry wort with my British! The team here have always been there to answer any of my concerns or to get us in quick for a check up! They are gentle and loving, which is needed when my boy is anxious to go. I don't worry as much knowing that if anything serious was to happen! The team at Lava St would be straight onto it and my boy would be in the best hands. So much respect for everyone there for the love and care they show day in and day out!?

Lava St Vets take such good care of my 2 spoilt puppies. Both my dogs get anxious about going to the vets but the staff here always take their time and give them plenty of treats to calm them down. I would highly recommend their puppy school program to teach the dogs how to socialise and teach the owners a few tricks too!

Highly recommend this vet clinic. All staff are very knowledgeable and care for your animals as they would their own.

Cannot recommend this Veterinary Clinic enough. Caring, helpful and very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Changed after a few bad experiences at a different vet. My dog was happy before and after the visit.
