Amazing interior and salon but not one of the best salon experiences I've had. Went blonde wasn't asked about olaplex, no scalp massage, no nice products used on end result and no after care instructions. Customer service could definitely be improved was a little dissapointed won't be back.

Great vibe, knowledgeable stylists, great prices. Very Happy with my cut and colour and will be back

I came to Laurie to get a full head of extensions put in, a toner and to get them styled. Laurie and her lovely worker were AMAZING. They stayed open long past there opening time just to look out for me and my hair. We had a small issue (my fault due to hair product I had been using) which caused my hair to go a tiny bit orange and Laurie did not settle for it. No matter how much I said it was okay she would not settle for anything less than perfect. This salon is AMAZING! I would recommend it to anyone and everyone. I promise, you will not leave disappointed.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! Did a scalp bleach and the complete top layer of my hair fried off, is about 4inch short. I essentially have a mullet. They do not know what they are doing and it's a dirty salon. Save yourself and spend the extra money on someone who is experienced. It's been 2months and my hair has just fallen out and become worse. I refuse to leave the house and my confidence has deteriorated. I do not recommend this salon. NOT FAKE!

I came into the salon feeling extremely self conscious about my hair but left feeling so amazing! I was so comfortable the whole time and absolutely loved the cut I received, as well as the general atmosphere!

I had my hair shaved and bleached here and the girls were absolutely amazing! I walked in feeling very uncertain about the end result but they couldn't have done a better job. The vibe was amazing, I felt so comfortable being there and even had a little sing to the amazing song choice, lol
Overall the place looks amazing and I'll definitely be returning

Went to the salon just before Christmas time to have some of the sparkle strands put in! The salon was absolutely amazing and the staff were so sweet and made my friend and I feel so comfortable and happy! Cannot thank them enough! Definitely will be coming back in the future to have some colouring done!

I had my hair done a white blonde at Laurie Alexandra St Kilda and have never had a better colour. My hair was also fresh and healthy despite going from brown in just one sitting and the cut was beautiful and blunt exactly what I asked for. The beautiful girls at this salon deserve more recognition!
