I have been seeing Lauren for 3 years now and every treatment is a deeply nourishing experience. Her attention to detail around your comfort and needs are exceptional. The work can be deeply transformational on a physical, emotional and spiritual level and sometimes all three come up in one session, and if they do you know you are held safely to explore whatever arises. I've seen other practitioners here and there over the years (when Lauren goes away) but have learnt to instead wait until she returns for a superior treatment!

I started seeing Lauren in my third trimester of my second pregnancy. Being a second pregnancy Lauren was simply a lifesaver with all of her treatments. I have no doubt her work assisted me and my body in the amazing birth that resulted in my daughter.

What stands out the most for me during a treatment with Lauren is her sincere care and interest to understand what is going on for me. She listens and asks questions which lead into further insights and connections to how my lifestyle, mental and or emotional health come together to shape my overall wellbeing. Laurens treatments are always thorough, often she will use Moxa on me, which is incredibly soothing and if required she may use Cupping or Gua Sha. Past experiences of acupuncture can feel lacking in touch, but with Lauren this is not the case as she will use the other techniques or even do some massage. I appreciate that Lauren clearly explains what she is doing and why.
Lauren has helped me with irregular menstruation, fatigue and feeling run down, back pain, and some of the most potent treatments where the ones which aided me through grief as my mother was going into palliative care.
After a treatment, my mind feels clearer, I feel calm and centred with a greater sense of vitality and I appreciate and enjoy the treatment space in which Lauren creates which feels like a sanctuary I can sink into for that moment in time.

Lauren is absolutely wonderful. She made me feel so relaxed, heard, and held in the last trimester of my pregnancy and into my postpartum. I get so much out of our sessions and would recommend her to anyone.
