Lauren is honestly the best, so warm, caring and loving! She is soo in tune with what your body needs and the best modalities to use, such as cupping and dry needling (always working at your comfort level). I have been seeing Lauren for close to 3 years. She is a miracle worker with my migraines, tight back/calves and overall relaxation. She has helped me though postpartum aches and pains and currently though this pregnancy. Can't recommend enough.

Lauren was a fantastic instructor who held a space where we felt safe and supported throughout the sound bath experience. We attended as a team from work. Lauren's gentle, capable, and wise guidance fostered a fantastic group interaction among my team, enhancing our overall experience during the sound bath session. We cherished this opportunity to collectively reset our minds and bask in the healing vibes of the session.

She listens to your body and fixes issues before they even become problems. After I visit her it's not just that my body pain is gone, but I sleep better, I feel less stressed and anxious and I often just feel better overall. It's amazing the difference each visit makes.

Lauren had such healing energy, that her presence and space felt completely safe for you to be in. On top of that is her skills! Im purely impressed at the improvement and how I was able to notice the a difference in my energy, bodily sensation and symptoms before and after the session. Lauren is a wonderful massage therapist. As soon as I entered, I felt cared for and completely safe. She really listened to my needs and had a set up which was comfortable and peaceful. The treatment addressed not only the physical level, going deeply into the places which were sore and problematic and easing long-standing pain, but also the mental, emotional and spiritual level. The following day, after a long time of low level depression, I felt a lovely spark of something I hadn't felt for a long time: inspiration, energy and wonder. I will definitely recommend her!
