I own a Laurastar iron and a hizero hard floor cleaner. Love them both. I also purchased another hizero for my dad recently and he too likes cleaning his floors now. These items are excellent and so is the service you receive. I recently called for some help and spoke to Jenny in customer service. Firstly, she was kind, listened without interrupting and was very knowledgeable on the products they stocked. Secondly unlike most customer service departments she went over and above to help me. Jenny told me what they could do for me and NOT what they couldn’t do. So refreshing to know that good customer service still exists out there. Very happy and will continue to purchase high quality products cos the customer service is even better.

I have owned a LS Ironing system for 6 years. I am legally blind and successfully iron all the household's clothing. The system is simple yet effective. Recently I faced an issue with my system. The service I received was first class. I was shown respect, courtesy treated a
s a valued customer. All my issues were addressed in a manner I have never received from other major companies. I can continue to recommend the system, but also the afterservice. I would not have believed it if it were a story told to me. Thank you Ls.

From the first phone call through to visiting the showroom, I was rapt with the service I received from Laurastar. With my concerns over having damaged work’s brand new Hi Zero floor cleaner, nothing was too much trouble for Melissa, and her technician Andrew, to put me at ease. Andrew fixed the cleaner on the spot! All at minimal expense. And to my surprise, Mel had an air purifier on the floor (on my Wish List!) at half price! Wow. Mel had it all sorted for me as we joked & laughed, till I was kindly escorted by Andrew to my car with the lot. I couldn’t be happier. I had a fun time with a friendly team I would highly recommend. Not to mention my elegant, superior Laurastar products. The Hi Zero is next level. The air purifier ticks all the boxes. Thanks so much guys for value, service, quality, and a totally professional, fun shopping and repair experience!

I was having trouble working out a particular function of my ironing system.
Laurastar advice messaging is brilliant. Within a couple of message exchanges my issue was resolved completely. Could not ask for better customer service, super impressive.

Laurastar is the best!
I’ve had 3 laurastar irons, I gave my last red lift to my son and daughter in law, they were beyond happy. Their customer service is tops. Always following up which is a rarity nowadays. Definitely recommend!

Wow, what service! I have a Laura Star Iron at home and it hadn't been turned on for a while. When I turned it on I had water coming out of the iron. I contacted Laura Star, mind you it's a public holiday, not expecting to hear back from them until the next day. To my surprise, I had a message straight back, with instructions, a video on how to fix the problem. They were able to help fix my problem. I was for sure thinking I was going to have to get it serviced. Great prompt service from Laura Star, highly recommend them for product and service.

Been impressed with their customer service from the time I put my order in. They called me to confirm my order, as I ordered an additional accessory that’s been included in the Lift Extra that I ordered. That saves me from having a double up!

During the delivery, I had issues contacting their delivery partner. I called up the number stated in my invoice and the team (Cathy and Sam) helped me sorted things out. Thank you, Laurastar Team!

Amazing staff & quick service. Went in yesterday to have a look into my Iggi, which had the cap stuck, and they quickly organised to be fixed on the spot, it only took 10 min. Very impressed by the service. Thank you Cathy

I have been using Laura Star irons in my Clothing Alterations business for the last 25 years. The quality and the service is second to none, so much so, l purchased an iron for each of my 2 children to use at home! Makes the chore of ironing a breeze!

A big thank you to Andrew in Melbourne. His knowledge and experience is superb. He went above and beyond to repair my S6a system, even though it was out of warranty. It feels like a completely new system now. Always excellent communication and customer service. Thanks again.

I took my iron back recently for repairs and the staff were fantastic. The iron was out of warranty however they fixed it for no charge anyway as they said the iron plate was faulty. Could have easily charged me but very honest people. If only they fixed cars as well! (:)

A very big thank you to Mel for looking after me and teaching me all the latest new updates and tricks on the all new Smart U Iron. I have had my S4 E over 12 years and decided to trade in my older model iron for the all new SMART U model. The customer service and professionalism was just amazing. Mel took the time to go through everything with me and also showed me the correct way to iron shirts but faster. With 3 men in my family, Laurastar had been a life saver for me. Thank you so much Mel.

I have a Laurastar Smart U and it is an excellent iron. I have had no issues with the customer service provided. Their after sales service is excellent and prompt. I would like to thank Jenny and Andrew for their service provided recently.

Hugely overpriced garbage i am afraid.badly designed.i am the proud owner of a $1,500 piece of metal and i pay for my shirts to be ironed at the laundry.do not buy unless, perhaps, you spend $10k on a model which actually works.

I am extremely pleased with my iron - it is the best. BUT the available service to support the product is terrible! God forbid you want to talk to someone. Your business model is why online platforms will succeed and unless you change your attitude you will become a dinosaur.

A lemon! Sweet to look at and sour to taste. I seem to be jinxed with Laurastar irons. I have purchased 2 Laurastar iron steam stations and have had problems with both. I'm now trying to sell my expensive overrated appliance and get a different brand.

The service of Laurastar staff leaves a lot to be desired. For my most recent model, 2 staff members couldn't fix the issue and nor have I received the promised 'call back'. Not to mention that when you mention their service they prefer to justify themselves rather than take it as an opportunity to see where they can improve.

Laurastar, remember one thing - Good news travels fast, bad news travels faster.

What a wonderful experience visiting this store today. Both Mel and Jenny were super friendly and incredibly helpful (as was the gentleman but I did not catch his name). The quality of product was just as impressive as their customer service. We are very pleased with our purchases and cannot wait to use them. Thanks again guys for all your help.
