Received great service and instructions on how to use card operated washer. Place was clean and tidy. Chairs inside for waiting or bench outside. Highly recommend!

Chloe washes all my linen for a property I manage and her level of service is excellent. She offers a fast and economical service and the results are great. I have tried their ironing service for linens (not clothing) and can’t recommend that however their washing and drying service is very good.

I have used the laundry and dry cleaning. Zoe is always very cheerful and pleasant to deal with. The sheets and doonas come back crisp and clean. I have had no problems with dry cleaning but don't get it done often. Very happy to reccommended to friends.

I just recently had the Laundry Spa wash a thick blanket for me and sent them a few pieces for dry cleaning. The blanket came back still with cat fur on it, one of my skirts was still dirty and they completely refused to dry clean a dress. All together this cost over $60, overpriced and poor service. They never even contacted me to say that they couldn't do the dress, I just got it back with a note pinned through the fabric saying that it wasn't done. I will not be returning.

I brought in a treasured handmade quilt, along with 25 years of grime (on the quilt, not myself). The staff member forewarned us she could not guarantee an outstanding result, but they worked wonders - my heirloom had been restored from sepia to technicolor!

There is not a real Coin laundry. You should leave your staff and they will do it for you. Then the cost depend of the number and kind of cloth you bring. The info on the website is not enough claire. They told me on the phone minimum charge between $10-15 then is expensier than any other real Coin laundry:////

Took my items to Laundry Spa to be dry cleaned and I received the items back still dirty and smelly! I could have done a better job myself by putting them in the washing machine! Do not recommend

I can only comment on the coin laundry service since that's the only service i used. The machines are always occupied by the shop's commercial load leaving with few machines to the public. Forget about having a sit while waiting for your laundry or fold your laundry on a folding table since they are occupied excursively by the linens' that the shop is washing.

Machines, tables and chairs always full with whatever private, commercial stuff they are washing there.
