If you are need a new dry cleaning service I definitely recommend, always so kind and never had any issues with drop off or pickup!
I have been using the Laundry Box for suits and work shirts. Really happy with the professional job that they do. Recommend them highly.
Overall an okay experience, however I wouldn't be likely to return. There were several mix ups/minor issues that required us to head back 2-3 times. Firstly they had sent my dress off for preservation (which I did not want) meaning that my dress wasn't there when I went to pick it up. Fortunately they could stop it in time before doing the work. When I finally went to pick it up there were still minor marks that should have come out in a standard dry clean meaning that I had to send this back again for another round and return at a later date for pick up. Finally I got the dress and it's fine but it took over 2 months for this whole process and was a bit of a headache especially because it is not my closest dry cleaner but was recommended by my wedding dress designer.
Work shirts. Fresh and crisp every time. Margaret epitomises Customer Service. She is a star.

Noticed this place had just opened so thought I'd try them out as opposed to my usual dry cleaners as I also needed some new suit pants taken up as well as my shirts pressed (now we are all slowly going back into the office). I was impressed.

Brand new branch of Laundry Box just opened on Church Street. Friendly service, lovely stylish decor (love all the old Singer sewing machines and reels of colour cotton thread)
Had a few alterations done - great job.
Slight miscommunication with the collection date was the only negative.
