I've tried a few laundromats in the area and this one was the best so far. The place was clean and the machines worked well.if you forget your soap you can buy some. Its not far from the shopping centre so pretty easy to launch a wash while you do your shopping.

Best laundromat in Ashwood, very clean, the washing machine and dryer are very efficient. Low cost too. Would highly recommend

This place has changed since I last visited, there are now friendly new owners who keep the place nice and clean and the vending machines stacked with good and snacks. Just make sure you read the sign to start the machines if it's your first time visiting.

Machines don’t have an option to change the time and they don’t start unless you call the owners who remote start them

Had an issue that was resolved within the day. I value service and I thought the resolution and the timely manner of which I got a response was quite good.

Times in the past when I’ve used this service I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the place and how well maintained it was. From the coin machine, the vending machine having washing products and even the atm. I’ve come back few times after about a year and the place is a mess, half the machines not working and takes your money, atm out of order, no wash soap in vending machine, the card kiosk smashed and broken, no coin machine. Not sure what’s going on but the price that is charged id expect the level of standards to be high like they used to be.

Generally, the machines and the overall place is kept quite clean. Has ATM but often the machine is out of action as it has "no usable bills". The change machine however is often functional. Option for credit card is also available. However, transaction fees quite high so I recommend you bring notes and coins. The large washing machine is still out of action, so you can't wash donnas. Prepacked soap and fabric softener is sold but can run out frequently, so bring your own.

ATM doesn’t work, large washing machine has tape over the coin inserter so also doesn’t work. No washing powder or fabric softener to buy but signs on the walls saying you can.the time dials on the machines are unclear. Overall, poor experience

Absolute no communication had coin jammed in one of the machines took my money, tired calling no answer, left messages no response either, will no use again.

Been here few times Atm Machine doesn’t work.
Today The Coin Machine wasn’t working. I tried to be smart and purchased a drink from the vending machine and then get the coins.turns out it didn’t have any change so had to purchase overpriced drinks.
Tried to Call for help and they won’t pick up.
Pathetic.

The fact that it is open 24 hours, 365 days a year works amazingly for my busy schedule. Additionally, the environment is also always clean, the TV is a great addition as a distraction to the boredom that laundrying clothes.
Would recommend to anyone, even if you have to travel a fair bit.

I had to get some laundry done while travelling a while back, and this place was clean, the machines worked great and i got in and out quick!

Very clean, affordable, well lit and well maintained laundromat. Has a coin-change machine for notes, a vending machine, and an LED TV to watch whilst you wait. When I had an issue the Owner quickly fixed the problem without delay. Convenient location near 24-hr Woolworths and feels safe and comfortable.

It's slowly getting better!

Notes changed to one dollar coin change machine, $5 $10 $20 $50 $100 accepted.
Dryers and washers accept $1 and $2 coins.
Tv, wifi and security cameras on site.
Seems clean also.

I love using this laundrymate, I've used it for all my staff and the new owners have made it a much better and comfortable environment! I'm able to now sit and wait with my kids while we watch TV and get some snacks from the vending machine for the kids!

This place is certainly a pleasant change from other laundromats I’ve visited, with a TV (cool!), vending machine with snacks & a coin machine. I’ve been washing all my doonas lately & I’ll be coming back again to this one - machines were clean & easy to use too.

Love the improvements made here. I can now watch television, read latest magazines or use free Wifi and get a drink from the vending machine whilst waiting for my washing. Change machine so handy also. I forgot my powder the other day and was able to buy from vending machine.too. Owner has thought of everything.thanks so much for making this weekly chore easier!

From what i can tell the new owners have consistently maintained the washers and dryers with cleanliness. Best in the area.

Laundromates has made doing my laundry a lot simpler. I noticed they rebranded, added a coin change machine! (Thank the lord!) A TV to watch and a vending machine. Honestly this place rocks and makes things so convenient.
