A well functioning laundromat. Has a change machine and free laundry powder. WiFi available and TV there too to keep you entertained while you wait. Baskets available to use to unload and load clothes. Steps available for the short people to reach on top of the machines to put in the powder and liquids. Very neat and clean and well thought out.

Poorly run facility. Door had "opened, push door to open" wouldn't open so customer comes to open door for us, and the opening hours weren't visible not once only to find it at the bottom of the glass panel 2 panels away from the door now you would think to have trading hours visible and placed on the door. 10mins in while washing clothes had an announcement stating facility is closed and that if in 10mins still there lights will go off and alarms will be activated.
I tried calling the owner never answers his phone, so I call the security and never answered either, so I call the police station and they told me to complain about the management. The owner then texts me to say "I'm busy cant answer". He then adds "you have another 15mins until 1am". Im sorry but if a customer has an issue with the facility and you have provided your mobile number in case of any issues and you can't answer your phone then Rick shouldn't be running a business end of story. I dont recommend anyone attending this place to clean clothes.
Rick shouldn't be running any business and nor should anyone be getting clothes washed here. Very poor management!
The owner then blackmailed me to not post this a year ago, however I'm posting now. Just goes to show the owner doesn't want the truth to be found out about how poor he runs his business. This owner is a complete and utter joke. Shame on him to blackmail!

I have been coming here weekly for a few years now and I must say I have never had a problem, the owners are lovely and they have free wifi so I can keep up with my work while my clothes wash, they have powder for you and they also have tv, definitely a well run shop that deserves as much support as possible after the last few years of lockdown

This laundromat is fantastic, they offer free soap for your washing! Very clean, has a coin change machine installed with a convenient drop off laundry which gets washed & folded ready for u to pick up the next day. By far the best laundromat & will be the only laundromat I will go to. Ohh and FREE WIFI!

What a fabulous laundrette. All the best facilities - VERY clean - the owners go through regularly to sanitise. I highly recommend this place as not only is it well serviced, the owners obviously go out of their way to disinfect to keep everyone Covid-safe!

Large washers and dryers bought me here. See my pics. 18kg washer and extra large dryers. My washer had an error message and so I called the number and wacko the lady quickly arrived paid for another wash after she sorted there was a problem and apologized. She cleaned up while she was here after resetting the errored washer. She even left me a couple of tokens for the inconvenience.

Completed 18kgs of washing in an hour and fifteen minutes, clothes came out of the dryer and didn't need to be ironed (insanely impressed that this worked on a pair of pants that are difficult to iron and I had given up being crease free). Small fella had put my bank card in a washing machine while I was folding and owner Rick found it and contacted me so that it could return to me. Extremely impressed with the laundry and their incredible customer service.

Texted the very helpful owner Rick about prices.
He called me back within 5 mins.
Just happened to bump into the owner when I arrived, and I needed 5 x $1 coins for the 6.5kg top loader washer.
There is a change machine, but I had a $50 note. It takes credit cards that give tokens for the machines but not the $5 top loader.
He was very helpful and friendly, and put a $5 note through the machine so I could start my wash ASAP, while he got me change.
He found he had the rest of the change and gave that to me, so I was very happy.
He helped with filling the machine, asked if I needed a dryer, gave me a tip for parking behind the store (ask him if you call).
The place is new, heated, clean, and very modern.
Great location in Hall St. I went shopping in Kmart while my closed were washing.
All in all, excellent!

I have used both the laundromat and the locker wash drop service and they are both fantastic.

The laundromat is always clean, options to use in shop if you don’t have a basket.

The express laundry locker service is amazing. I start work early and can drop it off before work (when most other services are closed) and pick it up on my way home.

My clothes always come back well cared for.

Very clean and modern laundromat with varying sized and priced machines, from $5 for small machines to $9 for larger loads (up to 13.5kgs) Free wifi and free washing powder and laundry tubs to borrow to take clothes to your car which is great. Television to watch if you’re bored and very central location to Moonee Ponds central and Puckle Street. Tokens for the machines are easy to get via a machine which you tap your credit card on before choosing how many tokens you want. Also drop off/pick up washing services available (see photos) and reasonably cheap powder and softener as well. We needed a place to wash our clothes after a house move and we were impressed. Highly recommend!

I've been to a lot of coin laundries and have had very mixed experiences, but this one has been great, always clean (which is unusual), no issues with the machines and the owner is friendly and approachable.
