As a crisis accommodation I found it strange you were able to take drugs, smoke and drink as long as you did it in your room. They kicked me out and refused to give me my bank card. When I finally was able to pick up my things my iPhone, wallet, car keys and my anti depression and anxiety medication were missing. It was more like a practice prison than somewhere to get help.

The hoops they want U to jump through exclude Individual ability, needs and mental health status completely. You're just a number and you are likely to end up sleeping rough and giving up probably

It was called Hanover when I was there. The staff were exceptional and helped me get stable housing.
The bed sits were very comfortable.
I have read reviews and it appears that some people will never be satisfied.

If you are use of jail it's for you. But if you are law abiding citizen stay well away from here as sleepless nights
Drug deals made right in suburbia's daylight. Screaming women with mostly profanity. I don't recommend this for those in crisis that want to get out.

It has a homely feel to it, and the workers are nice. BUT after your 8weeks are up, If you are yet to have found a place more permanent to reside, your out on your ear, alone and no one seems to give a ****!

I have been with launch housing for nearly 4yrs, hard for people that are non addicts, to be with people that are.
