Really happy with the product we got. Sophie and the team were super helpful throughout the whole process, they had lots of useful advice around on product selection and the installation process.

We ordered the 2400x 600 heavy duty flat fence extensions. Ordering was easy and friendly over the phone and they delivered a week or so later. Quality was great and would definitely use again and recommend.

Sophie at Screening Solutions is the BEST, she was so helpful & friendly, went above & beyond. The screens were installed incorrectly (by a tradie I had chosen) & Sophie was so helpful with her advice & actions. She calls & responds when she says she will & is incredibly proactive. She is an absolute asset to the business!

Extremely happy with the installation of the hardwood slimline. Both Sophie and Danny have been excellent in helping me choosing the right screening for the fence. I appreciate there honesty and to advise on all the option for the screening not just the expensive one but also what is affordable. Allen did a fantastic job in installing it as well.

Will definitely be ordering again in the future to complete the entire fence around the house.

Beware when you place an order. They promised but took 3-4 weeks before I ask again and they tell me is not doable. Hence a refund I requested and they refunded $40 short of original payment. They took weeks for it to be refunded and the amount is less. Scam and thief took my money.

Ordered on a Monday and goods were delivered really quickly on Wednesday 2 days after placing the order. Sophie was very nice on the phone and extremely helpful. Couldn't recommend them enough and the product is very good quality compared to the cheapo versions that you can get from Bunnings.

I recently ordered some 900mm high heavy duty fence extensions to be installed. The whole process from ordering to installation was seamless. The quality of the extensions are excellent and the installation team were very professional taking time to ensure that every extension panel was lined up correctly. WOW! This company provided me with the worst customer service experience! I contacted them regarding a fence extension. The lady on the phone answered the call and did not ask me for any of my fencing needs. I said that I was calling to get a quote for an extension. Then she did not ask me any questions and I was left feeling did I call the right place? It was very awkward. I asked her do you do fence extension, she said yes however did not ask me any further questions. I asked if they come out and quote, she said they are easy to install yourself. I said your website state free measure and quote and install. Then she said “well if we wanted someone to come out they would”. However she did not ask me for any more details. I said “so do you need my details? ” she hesitantly asked for my details. Based on her customer service I said that i would not give my business to her and that my husband has also been given the run around as he has called previously. I think if you ONLY want to service large commercial business, that’s what you should state on your website and not deem a job too small if you don’t have the resources to service all clients.
What a horrible experience and business. Clearly this business has too much work to handle and are only screening for large commercial jobs. What a disappointment. I would not recommend them at all!

Merbau and screens I ordered look top quality.

I'm a DIY'er and was needing longer legs on some fence extenders than the regular bunnies variety. Lattice Factory customised the leg length for a very reasonable fee, but they additionally customised the short length side for me as well for no charge - This saved me hours in making my own legs. Not only did they deliver promptly but the price was very close with bunnies and the quality was far superior. Thicker woven slats, thicker leg timber. Would definitely use them again.

Danny was incredibly professional, friendly and organised. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone looking to extend there fence line. The quality of the lattice is much higher than every other place I looked at and they were very accommodating with delivery and installation. I could not be happier and it was a very reasonable price. Thanks guys!
