Best clinic I've been to, knowledgeable and caring GP's and great service every visit.

Knowledgeable doctors that take time, listen, and provide excellent medical support. Reception is well staffed. All bookings streamlined with phone and app. Arguably one of the best run clinics in Gippsland.

The staff at Latrobe Medical are amazing to deal with. Always kind and professional. Dr Zafar is the only doctor I will see. He has always taken my concerns into consideration and has always cared for my mental well-being on top of getting treatment or advice. 10/10.

I had a blood test done and actually have a fear of needles and the lady made me feel a lot more comfortable and was super friendly! Definitely made the experience a lot better and I would recommend this clinic 100%

Staff are very friendly, the GP we are seeing is amazing, appointments are easy to secure and the clinic overall has a very relaxing feel to it - highly recommend it to others!

The doctor I saw rates extremely highly in my estimation. We have actually seen this doctor many times when he was in Bairnsdale. He would be among the top six doctors I have met in my lifetime.

The Latrobe Medical Centre was easy to book online. The staf were friendly and Dr. Veng Hiu was gentle thorough and very easy to understand.

I have been coming to latrobe medical centre since it has opened.my experience has always been pleasant.the drs and the receptionists have always make me feel really welcome.i now have a 6 month old son that now visits the clinic as well everyone always gone above and beyond.
There have been times i have called for last minute appointments and they have always done they’re best to fit myself or my son in.

Our family had been with another Medical Practice in Traralgon for the past 25 years. However changes within staffing and quality of service resulted in us being dissatisfied with this Practice hence we searched for another Medical Practice in Traralgon.
This resulted us attending Latrobe Medical Centre. I have had nothing but fantastic experiences in all interactions to date.
The follow up from Dr Aamer Rashid has been phenomenal in relation to any medical tests that have I have had scheduled. Any consults that I have had with Dr Rashid have been informative and I have left knowing that he listens genuinely to my health concerns and has mapped out a strategy going forwards to determine the best course of action.

I had to call reception 10 mins before my first appointment, booked through HotDoc for the first appointment of the week. They hadn't confirmed the appointment yet, and weren't at all concerned that I had to race over. If they don't approve them when they're first in why do they allow you to book that early?
The doctor I saw was good, although the first time I went there I had to wait a while. They did some tests and I booked in to get results which didn't come in yet, so I was told to wait for reception to call if something showed up. I was charged for this as it wasn't put through as a follow up appointment, which is what I thought they were booking given they asked upon my first visit, if I needed another appointment. I was in and out of the room in 5 minutes.
I only found out about my results 10 days later because I had requested my information to be sent to my regular GP, and they included the results in the health summary. I don't know when they were expecting to tell me about this but the documents said they were printed the Monday. I got the summary on the Friday.

My husband and I were really pleased to have been seen by Dr Zafar
He is a kind & caring man, an excellent Doctor and his professionalism is stellar. We have also been lucky to see Dr Rashid who is just as caring and extremely good at making you feel comfortable and explaining any queries you might have We have so much faith in these great Doctors & are blessed to be able to attend this clinic. Sarah & the others on the front desk are warm & welcoming too.

First visit and the staff continuously failed!

Monday the 7th called, I had booked for wed16th, same day I called back to reschedule for wed9th.
Came in wed9th, they failed to reschedule the appointment but claimed they could still get me in.
Waited half an hour to see nurse whom kept confusing herself, despite me saying mirena multiple times she thought it was for the one in your arm, eventually realised her mistake.
She went of to confirm with doctor.
I go back into the waiting room, once called into the doctors office, the doc apologised profusely, nurse had gone in to ask if she did more as, doc said no but nurse still sent me there. I go back out into the waiting room.
Reception/doc/ nurse go off to have a meeting, then receptionist nurse and head GP go off for another meeting.
Get called back into the room with nurse, she does not apologise, says that we don’t do them here, despite their website and the receptionist whom booked me in claiming ya do, nurse says that I can have it done in moe.
Nurse calls them we set up an appointment, I confirm then with the nurse while on the phone that she is booking me in for the procedure, she says yes and to buy the mirena the day off before appointment.
Just called moe to confirm, NOPE!
The booking from their perspective was just to have a talk about it.
So beyond disappointed with the incompetence of this facility, in particular that nurse! How can the communication be that bad!

DR Aamer Rashid is the first doctor that I've seen in years that I felt cared and listened. He was very through and extremely informative and knowledgeable. I am so impressed I've ditched my old practice and dr in favor of him. I've been looking for a dr like this for so long. He offered me so many different treatment plans and information. He has given me faith again in drs and my own future health, I have a big tattoo, am on centrelink, but he still treated me like I was important n worthy. Thank upu SR Aamee Rasid so much.

Dr Zafar is my children's doctor n he is also amazing. Seems his good work has been rubbed off onto his colleges as the receptionist was lovely too. Thank you xx

Been going to this clinic for years and only today realised that they discriminate. Very poor form.

Never have we had to wait long to see him and have always been booked in promptly by reception
Most highly recommended.

I am so impressed by the professionalism of your team. The girls on Reception were so kind and friendly upon entering, one has a broken arm but this didn't deter her smile, as with the other lovely lady who were both so helpful.
