My daughter does swimming lessons here and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The swimming teacher is great also

Staff are amazing, I called up because I left some swim wear in the shower and was able to call in and recover my lost items! Pool area is always clean and well managed:) my favourite place to go swimming with the family:)

Great staff and facilities pools for children or laps, gym and fitness classes as well as a cafe and retail area.

Great pool, spa, sauna and gym. All the staff are very friendly and the trainers are very welcoming

Fantastic set of pools for all ages. Largest warm pool ever! Wonderful facility, highly recommend.

Best aquatic centre around the valley. Have great access for wheelchairs and people who have trouble going up and down steps. Ramos that go all the way into the pools and on only a very slight slope. Separate roomy Change Rooms and showers and toilets near the Hydro pool for disabled. Also have special lightweight wheelchairs to transfer people into the pool. All this not to mention the big aquatic area for children with slides, fountains and a big bucket that fills with water and splashes down.and the 2 massive water slides.

I have only been twice so far but I have interacted with 3 staff. All 3 were very friendly and helpful.

On second thought. I changed 1 star review to 3 stars. Facility & guest are great. So are the lifeguards & aqua aerobics instructors. Just be ready for ongoing admin issues. I'd prefer to swim & work out than to continually talk about admin issues. I have also been advised by 12 of my clients of similar issues who suggested to just join private gym & pool in Traralgon. When I went in to fix & give customer feedback, admin argued that "that's not true, many people have joined back up". There was 9 people in the pool area at that time. I liked Morwell because it has less people there. Know I know why, Numbers speak for themselves. I will avoid going to Morwell. I'll sort out membership at Traralgon, Churchill or Newborough as staff are always friendly, efficient & helpful there.

Minus 10 stars for Donna and her poor customwr service. She would prefer to send you away than manage membership payments especially when cheques are prewritten. Whilst the leaisure centre remains empty she argues the toss, not listening and speaking over you. Complaint left with council but these days with customer service at an all time low they will back her to to the hilt.

Great facilities for kids!
Although I find the baby pool a touch too warm to be refreshing!

Always have fun there, quieter than GRAC if you want a quiet place to take the kids or go for a swim yourself

A really good place if you want to just have a chill swim and spa time. Great setup, the floor gets a bit slippery though, which is dangerous for young ones. There’s wonderful staff, too. Have great food from the cafeteria, but if the pools get upgraded, I say add water slides, like the Gippsland regional aquatics centre, because it could make the young and adults more excited for their trips, instead of just swimming in the pools, or playing with pool toys. Still a really fun and safe place though.:)

Love this place staff are friendly and will always say hello, the whole area is clean, the pool is part salt water so no burning eyes. The spa and sauna are right near the pool so switching from one another is very easy.

Lovely affordable prices. Only $10 for myself daughter and son. Thanks for a great swim on a terrible hot 40degree day.

Brilliant! Love the amount of space at this pool. Plenty of toilets and showers. Good range of swimwear for sale and a nice little canteen. Plus I like the animals on the ceiling.

I love my local indoor heated swimming pool. Great child friendly environment with low cost lessons for youngsters.
