Latrobe Health Services

We have been a gold loyal member of Latrobe health for over 15 years. Upon a recent phone call because I lost my credit card to update my details I asked about other options as gold membership was going up. I was given two silver options. I thought I choose the silver plus but accidentally chose silver by itself. When I rang to correct they firstly said I had to wait 12 months for it to be active and now are saying I have to pay $416 which is nearly $70 more a month than the gold membership I was on up until recently. This is beyond upsetting yes I made a mistake but any sane person knows when I was quoted the two silver options it was impossible for it to be higher than the gold I was on as I would of stayed on the gold. To make matters worse they took out the silver plus fee twice in two weeks. I am not one for poor reviews but in this case I would hate for this to be done to anyone else. This is beyond devastating so please be wary of what a health fund is willing to do to loyal honest customers. Thank you.
