They organized a school trip for us, provided well below average hotels that were located a great distance away. Unorganised travel times and provided no times for rest after travel or long days, always planned to start the days too early.

My experience on the tour was excellent, and one of the main reasons for that was our tour guide. Jeff our tour guide added a personal touch to the experience giving us small bits of information along the way about the area as well as this he showed that he knew the area himself giving us tips about how we should go about different areas recommending different foods to us. Jeff helped to make most if not all activities fun even the ones that you wouldn't expect to be. I would definitely recommend that if you do go on a tour to listen to the guides as it will significantly improve your experience.
