Good atmosphere and environment; however, the outcome is poor. I had a classic full eyelashes extension. After only two or three days, the lashes was going to drop out. The lashes did not attach well on my own eyelashes. The lashes are messy easily, I think the staff did not tidy my eyelashes well before the treatment. I haven’t experienced this in other shops before.
Highly not recommended!

Had my lashes done by Shen couple of times
now and I LOVE it everytime! & Very skilled and detailed technician. The lashes are also very long lasting, def worth spending. Highly recommend

I got a lash lift by Shen and she was very gentle! A teacher was helping as well, checking in and making sure everything was perfect. Both gorgeous ladies were so gentle and beds are so comfy

I would like to share my learning journey from the course I took with Amy at Lashmatic.

I started off by enrolling in Amy's lash lift course, even though I had previously taken a lash extension class elsewhere. However, I was immediately impressed by Amy's patience, professionalism and the program of the course, which was a significant improvement over my previous experience.

To further refine my understanding and technique, I decided to take Amy's lash extension course (Classic, hydrate and volume). The courses not only provided a kit with all the necessary products for client use (I still have plenty of supplies left even after extensive practice at home and in class), but it also included theory classes covering topics such as tools and materials, lash growth cycles, different curl types, thickness and lengths, and much more. Additionally, the course offered skill practice sessions and opportunities to work with models.

What truly sets Amy apart is her dedication and willingness to go the extra mile. After each class, she would assign tasks tailored to address my weaknesses, teach me how to capture beautiful photos and videos, and actively ask about my progress throughout the week. She consistently provided me with comprehensive information and answered all of my questions. Amy's passion for teaching is evident, and she generously shares her knowledge and expertise.

For those who are new to the lash extension industry or looking to refresh their knowledge and technique, I wholeheartedly recommend Lashmatic as the best choice. Amy has transformed me from a nervous beginner with shaky hands and limited knowledge about lash extensions to someone who is now comfortable customizing lash extensions based on clients' requirements. Because I had opportunities to practice on real models under Amy's guidance and support and she instilled in me a disciplined approach to each step of the process.

Overall, my experience with Amy and Lashmatic has been exceptional. The lash extension service at Lashmatic is provided in a cozy, comfortable, and clean environment. Amy emphasizes the importance of hand sanitization and keeping tools and materials clean as essential habits to practice during the course.

I got the Classic 80 set today with Alice. It was really pleasant and i ended up snoozing a bit too hahaha. But when I woke up, my lashes are nicely done! Thank you Alice!

I have been staying with Lashmatic since my first visit in early 2022. I have tried few other places for lash lift/perm prior to visitng Lashmatic but I was somewhat not satisfied (either not staying long enough, the perm product was too strong for me, or lashes were curled inconsistently). I did not come across any issues that I listed@Lashmatic so I definately recommend their services. Lashmatic's staffs are always so kind and professional. My usual thechnicans are Mylinh and Amy and they are amazing at their work. Also, I love their new location which is so welcoming and cozy? Their music playlist is always so good too - I can just close my eyes and never get bored coz the music is great and the scent of the room is relaxing

I have stayed with Lashmatics as a loyal customer for a number of years. They consistently provide expert, professional service. For permanent makeup such as microblading/combination (eye-brow) and eyeliner, I would choose nowhere else. Soyeon (expert technician) is truly an artist and a perfectionist. Well worth the money!

I got a classic set done last Wednesday here.they looked great once done, but after a week i’ve somehow lost at least 80% of my lashes?

I’ve gotten them done multiple times so i’m well aware of the aftercare process. I’m just feeling quite upset as they shouldn’t have fallen out this quickly….

DO NOT COME HERE FOR LASH LIFT
I’ve been getting lash lifts for years but today was the first time I walked away with butchered lashes. I came to lashmatic because of the good reviews but all I can say is never again. I got my eyelashes done by a junior technician called jasmine who clearly didn’t know what she was doing because my eyelashes are now so curled in on themselves that they touch my upper eyelids. I look like I have shorter lashes than what I started off with before the lift. My lashes look fried. When I told her I was unhappy with the results she tried to push the blame on to me for requesting a service “too early” as some of my lashes were still lifted from the previous service I had gotten. I always get my lashes done at the 5 week mark and I’ve never received this feedback from other salons. She also told me it would be another 6 weeks before an appointment would free up for me to get my lashes fixed - in that time my lashes will have literally grown out, why would I come back? Appalling results and appalling customer service

I love the Rusian natural volume look in here with Amy. They can last for weeks! I would highly recommend Lashmatic to everyone!

I have had my lashes done with these guys twice and was happy with my experience. However, I went back a third time and was not super happy with my lashes, I expressed concern and they ghosted me. Would not recommend if your looking for a place with good customer support. Very disappointed.

Got my lashes done here start of November and working 3 days 50% of my lashes had fallen out and by the end of the week all my lashes were gone:/

Honestly pretty disappointed with my experience. When I was sat on the table, I was told that my lashes were too curled to do a classic set, which I had booked for. These were bare lashes that I hadn’t done a lash lift on or used a lash curler. I was advised that I had to do a hybrid or volume set, so I chose a hybrid. It was an okay job, not really even, but not my style. I probably should have opted to do nothing, but I wasn’t sure if I’d get my deposit back. If they can’t do a service they offer to all customers, they should probably ask for a photo of our bare lashes before confirming, much like how brow appointments are.

I am a lash extension newbie and decided to try Lashmatic as my first place to try. Mylinh was very patient and helpful with my classic full lashes! They have deals for first and second visits and for birthdays too! I have received so many compliments on my lashes and they feel like I have nothing on at all. I'm definitely coming back again soon!

I had a one week booking which I made online (I am a lash artist and work in a salon) however I couldn’t get them done at work cause the girls have been unwell and we are busy. I booked, and then paid a deposit later as I was prompted by email. On the day of my appointment (1.5 hours before) I got a text from Amy saying they wouldn’t do my refill as it’s work from another salon and I had to get a full set. Absolutely ridiculous. This isn’t mentioned in there system, and furthermore what company sends a text 1.5 hour before a service cancelling? I don’t need a full set. My lashes are completely full and it was a top up. I am now waiting for my refund for my deposit I paid. Which I got told to send my bank details over a text message. Very safe and secure.

It was my first time getting eyelashes extensions. Amy was really helpful and lovely with the communication. I got my lashes done by a trainee, she was really polite and professional even it was a free session. The place was really clean and nice decoration. I really recommend this place.
