The service was nice, and the girl who did my lashes was very nice. The place is clean, and the technique was excellent because my eyes were very comfortable. But I am fairly sad that my lashes did not meet my expectations. I have heavy hooded eyes and made the wrong choice of picking a classic set that barely shows up through my eyelids. I don't like the thickness of the volume lashes, so I thought the classic set that costs $ 105 would do the job nicely and lift up my eyes. But I dont see the difference. I usually do not get lashes, and when I do, it is a rare occasion to pamper myself because, let's be honest, doing lashes is very expensive. It is a luxury for me, and I want to feel glamorous after getting my lashes done. I don't know about lashes and picked the wrong service, and that's on me. I would suggest taking 5 minutes to consult with your client and get to know what they really want. Sometimes, they want something in particular but do not know how to ask for it. Keep photos of how each service would look on different people and their type of eyes so they can make the best decision for themselves and make the right decisions.

Got my first proper lash lift and tint done by the lovely kat last night. She was very kind and gentle and reassured me throughout the whole process- I left very happy with the results.a few hours later I am unsure mostly because I am not used to having a lash lift and felt uncomfortable about the result. I contacted the salon again and the girls were very supportive and helpful. They looked at photos and offered to have me back in.in the end a newbie just needed some reassurance which the lash envy berwick team absolutely provided. Now that im used to the new lashes, I love, love, LOVE them. Thanks Kat and the team definitely recommend

A year plus later and I am still so happy with my lashes. I see Olivia and Kat normally. I travel 40 mins to Berwick to get my lashes done because they last, my eyes are not irritated and they look fabulous. Thank you ladies

A few months ago I saw a friend recommend Lash Envy in another location, which prompted me to try them in Berwick. My first visit was a removal and start over. I'll be sticking with Emily W who does an amazing job and has helped select the right services for the result I wanted.
