Laser Strike Geelong - Next Level Skirmish (new)

Exceptional value as a birthday venue my pre-teen kids and their friends had the best time ever, I would recommend to anyone with energetic kids and parents who want to have some fun to.:)

Good for kids party.
Cleanliness is not one of their strong points. Do not use the toilets at this place.

Very disappointed in the service provided by Next Level Laser Skirmish. After making a booking for 16 people, the experience was cancelled on the day just after arriving due to weather concerns. We asked multiple times if we could wait it out to see if the weather conditions would pass, and the staff said no, we would either need to reschedule or could get a refund. After asking for a refund multiple times from the Manager and the Owner, they stated that they could not provide one as the group "decided not to play" in the weather conditions and forfeited the experience. This was not the case. After contacting Next Level Laser Skirmish multiple times with our account of what happened & providing written statements from the party about what staff said and did on the day; they now refuse to reply or acknowledge. There is a clear disconnect between the team on the ground and the business management, and I am incredibly disappointed in the service that Next Level Laser Skirmish provides. The booking could have been managed much more professionally, but instead, they have palmed off all responsibility.

We had our son’s birthday party here today and I was so impressed by our host and the joy it brought to sons and his mates. We had been here 2 years ago (in between lockdowns) and on that occasion they were very accommodating (as we had to rearrange dates which was easy and no problems).
For our latest adventure the day flowed perfectly. We were able to arrange for an extra child and if we asked for anything there was always a yes. The customer service was top notch.
I can highly recommend this for a party even for teens and something different for adults. To the next level team thank you for today and good luck in the future

Great venue for kids parties and adults too highly recommend! Staff are very friendly and great with the kids! Large Outdoor playing field. There's even a Claw Machine!

Awesome facility! Really impressed with the customer service, equipment, value and all round fun this place is bursting with. Definitely recommended for any age group. Will be back!

Always have a great time with mates here! Great fun with my whole family too! From our little cousin to our uncle and aunties was a great great time!

Total disappointment for son’s birthday - the quality of experience is so dependent on the guide running the session. Our group of excited 10 and 11 year old boys found it a challenge to understand the directions of the session guide, to get used to using the guns, were constantly berated and were given a new and untested game for their age group for over a 1/3 of our allotted session.

Finding a dozen used boxes (from previous adult group) was a pretty revolting. No effort by staff to remove these prior to our session.

Shared feedback of our experience with company but was advised that our experience was unusual and possibly down to new staff training. No attempt to rectify an expensive let down.

Rescheduled covid kids birthday party. The team made booking and rebooking easy and stress free. They are really easy going, well set up, informative, organised and helpful. Our party crew challenged another party crew, which worked really well and added a fun element.

10/10 would recommend for just anything really, could be a birthday or even just to have a fun day. The instructor was really nice and he knew what to do, explained all the rules really well, overall had a amazing experience would do it again for my own birthday

Thanks for the wonderful birthday party that my 8 year old son had last night! We were 1 of 2 parties running at the same time (other party were teenagers). Kids got split and put with teenagers, so it wasn't just teenagers vs 8 year olds. You were amazing with our kids (some have sensory issues, adhd, autism etc) and each of our kids were able to understand and have a fantastic night! Your staff are incredible and were so lovely and happy! Even though it was freezing cold and we weren't sure during the day if the weather would hold off, we were surprised that it didn't rain! Next time we will come back during the warmer weather for a night time game as adults! Thanks alot again, amazing experience!

We had just a small group of different ages ranging from 7 to 59. I can say everyone had a fun time and even the youngest got the hang of how the guns worked.the team explained it all well at the beginning and helped out during the time when hiccups occurred. This was our second time here but with different people and both times have been great. Do it you will enjoy the time.

Visited for teenage girls B'day party; one of the few places open in June 2020 with COVID-19 restrictions (which were handled very well) and the girls had a ball.

Great for all ages, but we return time and again for the kids parties.they LOVE it.

Booked with a group of us, it was really fun, we had an awesome time! Highly recommend. Easy to book and very accommodating.

First time playing laser tag outside. Apart from the awful heat and sun, I had an awesome time. The staff member I met was friendly and had a great taste in music during the matches.
Highly recommend for everyone that actually enjoys running around and hiding behind the battlefield ruins. The amount of detail put into the area is amazing, while playing each match, it made me feel like I was in a video game and I absolutely loved every moment of it!
Can't wait to try this in the dark

Took a bunch of kids for a birthday event. Couldn't be nicer and smoother to register, a great team who knew how to get rules and info to kids without them getting restless.

Kids had tons of fun, lots of variety in games and weapon styles making for a most memorable birthday

Our Youth group teens had a great time at this venue and the owners/workers were great to deal with
