The ladies at the front desk and the Nurses are always friendly, helpful, knowledgeble and just plain lovely.

Took my little one saw Doctor Mark, wasnt happy with how she handle my child, very cold and abit rough.am trying to explain to her but felt rushed, which I found annoying, Ive been told “but her skin was worser when she first came”, felt like she wasn’t listening to my concern just wanted us out, wont be seeing her again.the nurses was sooooo lovely especially Nurse Debb such a warm soul.

I can’t recommend this clinic highly enough. I have been coming here for many years and have had several different treatments. The team are all so knowledgeable and professional and always take the time to answer any questions or concerns.

My experience of Laser Dermatology Clinic has been consistently positive. All staff are caring, knowledgeable and helpful. Xin, one of the lovely nursing staff, takes the time to discuss any issues and concerns in a professional and friendly manner. My doctor Anna Leisa is ver knowledgeable and i would highly recommend her for any skin of colour (dark skin) people.

Everyone here 100% goes above and beyond to make sure you’re looked after. So much knowledge and honest advice while being very professional. Up to date procedures genuinely committed to making sure I was always comfortable. Chyvonne is always so gentle and I’m so happy with my results!

Was waiting from November until February to get my tattoos and hair removal, when I got there they just told me that the hair removal room was busy, and they didn’t have time to remove all tattoos… just a joke! Don’t go to this place! Just a waste of money and time

I see the lovely Lynda who is always very accommodating, highly skilled, inclusive and gentle. I started seeing Dr Phillip Bekhor at Laser Dermatology a few years ago to address my acne scarring concerns. I had so many other treatments at different places where people would promise results after 3,6,10 treatments and nothing had worked. They were so understanding and supportive of how much time and money I had wasted previously with empty promises and have been nothing but completely transparent with how my treatments work and what can and can’t be done. My nurse Chyvonne has been amazing, constantly working with me to get the absolute best possible results and she is also always willing to discuss any concerns and puts my mind at ease. I have thankfully seen a huge improvement in my skin. With no redness present at all any more and currently going through consistent treatments to reduce the appearance of my indented scarring too. I was referred to LD earlier this year by Luminosity in Geelong. On my first visit to LD the staff were very professional, attentive, warm & welcoming. I had my first appointment with Lynda in September. She immediately understood me, answered all my questions & we agreed on a treatment plan for plumping & acne scarring removal. After the initial treatment I immediately felt transformation. I’ve experienced severe acne scarring for my whole life & now because of LD I have hope. I asked myself; why didn’t I come here years ago? Recently someone asked; can’t you find a similar service near home? I abruptly replied “no”. I’m going to the best.

They listened to my concern and went out of their way to arrange targeted laser treatment at short notice. I received and continue to receive the kind of support (for an uncommon complication) that is truly above and beyond one's expectations. I have been going to Laser Dermatology for about 10 years now and have always had excellent, professional service and outstanding results. I have had extremely successful laser tattoo removal to several skin treatments which have always been performed to the highest standards with better than I expected results. All the nurses and medical professionals that work there are truly the best in their respective fields, I highly recommend!

Highly recommend! So grateful that I had a skin check at Laser Dermatology, caught a melanoma early and had the best care and treatment possible. I have minimal scarring and all the staff are so caring and friendly. I have seen Dermatologists Dr Ellen Ma and Dr Susan Robertson, who are outstanding.
The nurses there can also do laser tattoo and hair removal, plus a bunch of other treatments. I normally have to book ahead as they are in demand but I am happy to wait for professional treatment.

I was hooked in for way back in february, got a call that the doctor was sick and my appointment had to be rescheduled.understandable.until it happened again and the best they could do for me was booking me in all the way in october.i never received a call back from them i had to reach out myself.and too add to this the receptionist is extremely rude, i don’t recommend.

I cannot speak highly enough the staff and service I received at Laser Dermatology. The receptionist staff were exceptionally polite and professional and took the time to accomodate my busy schedule. My appointment was with nurse Lynda for who was very knowledgeable, kind and welcoming. She took the time to guide me through what products I should be using to maximise both my in clinic and out of clinic results. I feel very grateful to have my skin looked after by Lynda and am looking forward to retuning.

Had a tattoo removed here years ago. After a couple of horrendous experiences elsewhere, I was relieved to find this place. The nurses were always friendly, professional and put my comfort first.
