Never pay in advance for this store when they have deals going on.you will struggle making an appointment first and if you are successful then also you will get to deal with the rudest staff members. When we wait for 15 mins to make an appointment at their store that’s fine but if we are late 10 mins for the appointment they are very busy as if we are free here and only have time to stand in queue for their services. For the pre paid appointments they are busy so much that they won’t have any 10 mins slots on weekdays.
Managers are not available to answer customer query in weekdays working hours so now I am waiting for my refund request whenever the manager becomes available. Hopefully I get refund and don’t need to deal with them again.

I’ve never done anything like this before and Kia made me feel so welcome and calm. The girls are so lovely there and I have already suggested this clinic to my family and friends which already two members want to go now. I’m excited to continue this! Kia, thank you so very much. The ladies at Chirnside Park Laser Clinics are always friendly and welcoming. I've been attending regularly for laser hair removal for several months and am loving the results.

This is my go-to-clinic for my routine skin sessions including peeling, micro-needling and laser hair removal.
The girls there are nice and friendly, but Christine is the best of the best. She is really friendly, lovely and knowledgeable. As soon as I finished my first session with her, I decided to book all my pre-paid sessions with her - that’s how good she is!

I had a really good experience with the team, super lovely and friendly the moment I walked in. Been thinking of laser hair removal for years. I finally booked in and am really happy with the results so far. However, what makes the experience complete is the amazing staff at chirnside. They make you super comfortable and are very friendly. They walk you through the whole process and any questions are welcome. Thanks girls, you've been brilliant.
