I am so happy I chose Laser Clinics Australia - Greensborough. I have had both Laser Hair Removal and Skin Treatments and am so pleased with the results. The treatments are effective with very little to no discomfort, but the biggest asset to this branch is the team. I have walked in for pricing of their services expecting a pamphlet would be given. Instead I met the beautiful manager Rosa who was so lovely to speak to. Not only telling me the cost of services, a full explanation of processes, suggested what is required for me. In such a professional manner, I knew I would be well looked after, especially that I now have the confidence to start laser treatment. How could I not resist. 15 minutes of talking and I’m already booked in.

It was pretty quick & pleasant experience. Not painful at all!
The staff are super friendly & I didn’t have to wait long, even though I was a bit early for my appointment.

I had the best microdermabrasion with this clinic today, the girl’s name was Bella. I highly recommend her service and this clinic. My skin received a great treatment and it looks super cool.

The customer service at the Greensborough clinic is terrible. Every time I walk in either for a treatment or to purchase a product staff just look/stare, no Hello how can we help you. No one makes you feel welcome. I stood in front of the product display for a long time before a staff member bothered to come over. But I had to ask them to explain each product. I won't be coming back. I'll buy my products online from now on and find a friendly clinic to do my micro.

Ellie is amazing! I had my fillers done with her yesterday and i couldn't be happier. She has such a wide knowledge of her field and has amazing advice. She was gentle and accomodating while carrying out the treatment and made sure i was comfortable at all times! If you are looking for cosmetic work i would highly recommend this clinic and Ellie!

Worst laser experience ever, have been burnt as a result of inexperience staff.also had a micro on the same day, they don't even do steaming? !? !? !? ! Taking out extractions dry, very dissapointed with place. Laser clinics australia is like the reject shop of the industry.will talking to my solicitors regarding this.will take my money to another clinic that have more qualified staff.
