$190 gone for nothing but a lesson. Don’t go! One star is because it’s the lowest possible I can give. Very disappointed. Had treatment last year, unprofessional and got burns. Terrible filing system. The staff was rude and arrogant in handling customer enquiries. A total waste of time, energy and money.

Be careful to check your results after each session. If you don’t get reduction they won’t give you any refunds. I spent 2 and a half weeks trying to get just half of my money back and got nowhere. The clinic is unreliable with appointments I had several cancellations happen to me. One of the clinicians broke my watch and all I got in compensation was a $10 discount. Do yourself a favour and go anywhere but LCA.

If there was zero star rating, I would go with zero. It's been the most stressful last few days with my immobile lip. I can't talk or eat properly! I can't go to work with this embarrassing look!

One of the best LCA locations! I was very happy with the service that I received here. I had microdermabrasion along with some peels and noticed a visible difference in my skin texture. My skin has cleared up completely and I now just have some residual pigmentation left to treat. The glycolic skin products that were recommended have also made a huge difference!

I’m so happy with the beauty therapist who helped me today, she’s very professional did my laser removal today, she’s very detailed, and not in a hurry did it for me, and she helped me put the laser aid on my body. In love with her?
