Highly recommend Shanae for laser! Really easy to talk to, great sense of humor and really thorough. The team were really welcoming and accommodating.

Absolutely horrible place they literally stole my money they have an expire date on their packages and i called to put it on hold cuz i was traveling the person i spoke to said its fine all good they would put it on hold or something but it turned out they didn't do nothing and today i went to do a session i was asked to pay for it even though i got a call a week ago saying that my package is expiring soon i explained the situation and again she said ohhh thats fine do you still wanna come for your appointment tomorrow! So again no explanation they don't care they just wanna take your money so do your self a favor and go to a professional that only does lazer or go somewhere more trust worthy because I'm sure they would respect you more as a customer and not just see you as a dollar walking in and out there "clinic"

The girls at this clinic are all so friendly, gentle and polite - I’ve been coming here for years for my laser and skin treatments. My mum doesn’t speak English well and they kindly allowed me to enter the room with her for her treatments to translate. They were so patient with her and I really appreciated it, especially Evette (one of the lovely workers there) who was incredibly kind. Thanks for everything you do!

For someone who really wants a reasonable price for a laser underarm this is good place to be. Their contact number is also very responsive. The location and their skin center is also in order and clean

Since last November I started my skin journey at LCC, shout out to Diane for being the most amazing help she is and achieving all my skin goals! I had severe cystic acne and a lot of acne scarring and wasn’t planning to go on roaccutane. Diane took the challenge to help me clear up my skin, which she did unbelievably. Helping me figure out what I needed to do and explained everything thoroughly. After nearly 4 months I am completely satisfied with the results she helped me achieve.and I wouldn’t recommend seeing anyone else other than Diane ️.

I have been going to Laser clinic for few months for laser hair removal and it is definitely the best! Staff here is very friendly. Specially Atoor! She is very professional and always goes beyond to make you feel comfortable and to provide best service. Highly recommended her!

I don’t know the staff name skinny short in height. She left the glasses with gauze piece on the table and told me to put it on to get full face done. She started doing full face and I felt like my face is burning, then she said you got hair that’s why you are feeling it. I did clear my face yesterday before coming for my appointment, even today I did shave again specially my sides. She hasn’t apologised even once. I am getting laser done from last one year and haven’t felt and treated like that before. I haven’t experienced that much pain. She told me put laser aid on without handing over any gauze piece or cotton. Disgusting customer service.

Atoor she is so professional, kind and friendly working lady their. Her communication skill with customer so good.

I had a terrible experience with LCA in Craigieburn. When I went to the clinic to check about my purchased treatments, I was told three of them had expired. No notification was sent to me. I spoke with the owner/manager (Monique). She is rude and horrible. It was the worst and rudest customer service experience I have ever had. Avoid this place at all costs.

5 stars for Di! She is absolutely amazing at skin. Been seeing her for ages for micro and chemical peels. Takes her time, explains pre and post skin care, very lovely and warm personality - the only reason I come back again & again is because my skin loves Di - she is excellent at her job, a true asset to the clinic. I do get laser here too, but it can be hit and miss as the laser therapist turnover is huge. I seldom have the same therapist. ‍️

Hands down the worst experience, the “manager”Monique I think her name was.is so rude, she is terrible and needs a new job behind a desk where she doesn’t handle any customer interactions. LCA Craigieburn sort it out.

Awful experience that left me in tears. I have used their services across australia, i was always happy, except for this location.staff are incompetent (traumatizing experience) and rude. The "manager" answer was "it's fine" when i informed her i was not happy and i won't come back again.left in shock. I have never given a bad review my whole life, so please ladies, don't ever consider this place.
