It’s been almost a year since my first laser treatment at LCA Brighton and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the results and the hospitality from the girls. I totally recommend this place

They don’t mind keeping customers waiting for 15 mins (last appt) but when the customer is a few minutes late (seriously 8 mins which included 2 minutes of the girls at the front desk chatting and not opening the annoying electronic door they have) they can’t fit you in for a 3 minute appointment. Screw them!

Helena was amazing! Would definitely recommend.
Her understanding of customer service and how to make someone feel comfortable was unreal 10/10

Banu and her staff are so professional. I am having red vein treatment and its working so well. The clinic is warming yet clinical -a great combination, and beautifully set out and so clean. If I could give you 10 stars girls I would.

I was a regular of the Southland branch but decided to give the Brighton store a chance when they opened, as it was much closer! It was truly an amazing experience, they are so friendly and thorough with the laser hair removal and really took the time to ask questions about my progress. I have now switched to the Brighton store as opposed to Southland now, as the Southland store was not thorough in comparison and would rush me out the door very quickly. The results have also been different at the Brighton store in regards to hair removal as opposed to the Southland store, which had me concerned what exactly they were doing at Southland and pretty much believing they wasted my money. Also Southland's safety measures and way of doing beauty treatments were shocking, now having seen how Brighton therapists conduct themselves. Will definitely be back for more treatments! Keep up the good work!

I had an enzyme peel and LED light treatment today- the results were AMAZING! Beautiful, clean clinic and my consultant was knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. Highly recommend this clinic!

I went here to get a facial and I can honestly say its the best facial I have ever gotten. The girls were so kind and helpful with teaching me about roseasa and what i should do to handle it. I will 100% come again, thank you guys so much: D

The girls were very friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. During my consultation the therapist was very thorough and informative answering all of my questions. I would highly recommend this clinic!

Visited the clinic and was seen by a consultant very quickly where she came up with a very helpful set of recommendations. The girl who saw me was very personable and the premise was extremely clean and well organised. A few weeks later and my skin feels great. I would highly recommend:)
