I used to get my laser done from a different place earlier but tried from here once. Pathetic experience. They do it so quickly and unattentively that they’ve left so many spots on my body unattended. Pathetic experience

I have taken Brazilian and underarm hair removal package of six sitting but looks like i have made mistake by pre paying. They have expiry date of 12 months and you wont get appointments that frequent.
I have taken Brazilian wax and it took 2 minutes for them to done with it, they haven’t done it properly.
I din not like their service.

They changed my appointment without I say YES no matter you tried to contact me or not. Then they told me the next available time is 16 days later.

Paid full price online and walked in store next day, price is 50% off in store. Asked for store credit, they basically said bad luck. Context - pricing in store is always 50% off or on sales all year round. Their website pricing is misleading per ACCC and store doesn’t do anything about it. On top of this, customer service is terrible. Never coming back again.

All staff in the clinic are super nice, my last treatment with Jess was amazing! She is friendly and super kind:) … I highly recommend them ️
