Laser Clinics Australia - Malvern Central

A terrible experience. Dishonest and untrustworthy. Laser hair removal is a long and costly process. A trusting relationship should be upheld and maintained. I was led to believe information that misleading and deceitful. I was so disappointed in the clinics attitude that I walked out on a free session to save myself the embarrassment and indignity. I would strongly deter anyone from attending the Malvern clinic or any other Laser Clinic Australia location. Upon departure I booked in with a competitor and have already been better assisted with my remaining treatments. Exercise extreme caution when investing your time and funds with this company.

Realised I was running late to my appointment as I had finished work late. Tried to call 3 times to let them know with no reply. Arrived to the clinic late and did not have time to fit me in, they surpringsly rebooked me with no charge. Unfortunately, what really let me down was the manner in which I was spoken to - condescending, passive aggressive and spoken over the top of despite not raising my voice at all. If I didn't have prepaid appointments I would not be coming back to this clinic.

I have been coming to Laser Clinic for facials with Sarah and my skin has never been better. I have had so many comments about my glowing skin. Thank you Sarah and the team at Laser Clinic Malvern for the amazing service. Highly recommend

Have been going to the Malvern clinic for a few years now for everything from laser hair removal to my skin.

The staff are welcoming and knowledgeable.

I see Sarah for my skin treatments - she goes out of her way to make sure you get the best possible results. Honest and knowledgeable about all of the treatments available. She makes the whole process very easy and relaxed!

Sarah and the team at LCA Malvern are friendly and welcoming. I have had two sessions of micro needling and have started to see reduced pigmentation in my skin. Sarah has answered all of my queries and is working with me to address skin concerns.

I recently had a skin and laser consult with Sarah and she was amazing! She was so in depth, Knowledgable and passionate. She really took the time to assess my skin and concerns! I’m looking forward to my future appointments!

Went here for laser and unfortunately saw minimal results. I’ve since switched to a different clinic and differences are really stark! At LCA I had a different technician every time, they rushed through the treatments, they didn’t want to disclose settings information which is not the experience of other clinics. Some also seemed inconvenienced when I enquired about their face treatments. It feels like the Maccas equivalent of beauty treatments

I had my 1st appointment today and couldn’t speak highly enough about the service provided.
Having previously received my BBL with a dermatologist that provided zero information pre, during or after; I decided to give another clinic a go and wow what a difference! Today my treatment technician was extremely patient with me and answered all my questions. During the procedure every step was explained and lots of information provided for after care.

I would highly recommend giving this clinic a go if you are interested in any of their services!

Malvern LCA has absolutely wonderful staff who always ensure you feel comfortable and are well taken care of. I find all the staff give friendly, professional service and are caring. Tori did my microneedling today and was fantastic, full of helpful advice. Thanks so much! I have come here for years now and highly recommend it.

The worst laser clinic I have been to and I've been to many all over the country. Firstly the women was rude then refused to do my underarms as they had fake tan on, which was false as I haven't put it on for over a month which I explained, she wiped all areas about 10 times with a alcohol wipe. Posting this review now as I am having hair grow back after a few weeks and this hasn't happened to me in ages it usually last at least 3 months as I'm on maintenance. She obviously didn't know what she was doing and didn't listen to me and put the machine on a low setting, so it was a waste of money. Unfortunately I will have to return as I have paid for one more session there but will not be getting any services by the women I had to deal with.

I will NEVER be going back to this store. I went in for a microdermabrasion treatment and LED add on to which ive had many before both at other LCA locations and other beauty salons. When i got home i noticed my skin was bright red and super painful to the touch, this lasted until the next morning. As if that wasnt bad enough i noticed that there were also SCRATCHES on either side of my face under my eyes from the microdermabrasion in 3 lines on each side. I tried to do the right thing and contact the Malvern clinic who asked me to email them photos to which i did. All they would offer me was to come in for a free LED treatment to help heal the skin. I do not have any free time to go back in for another treatment however they will not compromise on the compensation offered. They havent even apologised. They damaged my skin on the most visible area of my body and they are pretty much just shrugging it off as if its no big deal. Not only is it absolutely disgusting that they were able to damage my skin with a pretty stock standard treatment but whats even more disgusting is that i tried to sort it out with them and they arent being helpful in the slightest. Facials are supposed to make your skin look better not worse. Their one saving grace was that the manager who was away on annual leave called me and worked with me to rectify the situation and seemed genuinely sorry.

Casey does my lip filler and she is so patient, gentle and always aims for a natural result which I really appreciate. She takes her time and I never feel rushed. She is reassuring and supportive and simply the best. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I've also been getting laser hair removal for as long as I can remember and very happy with the results. Go team:)

I have been going to laser clinic Australian more than 3 years
I have been to all locations for my laser hair removal. I just wanted to try Malvern location so disappointed.
They have been advised me the policy of there clinic is different to other clients.on what terminology is different when they same brand!
I have been used pro machine for laser hair removal which I was happy with the results. But in Malvern they refuse to give the treatment on the same machine.they give me the treatment in other machine which I am not happy with the result.
So disappointed waste of money for full body laser hair removal.
Not happy so disappointed with Malvern.

Everyone is always really nice here, Lousie was an amazing nurse, she was so so sweet and gentle I would highly recommend seeing her.

I had a very bad experience in this store today，I had done hair removal here twice before, and the shop assistant made an appointment for me today. When I arrived at the store today, assistant was told that I could not do it unless I paid extra or I should make appointment for other shop, really unreasonable, never come back this shop again

Nurse Casey is amazing
She’s super informative and keeps your comfortable throughout treatments - I get anxiety with needles and she just kept talking and laughing with me all the way through my eye filler (one of two appointments)

90% painless procedure and I’m super happy with the results as I’ve always been concerned with this area. Can’t wait for the second appointment!

For reference this is 1ml of filler 0.5 on each side - we decided cheek filler wasn’t the best solution for me.

PSA: DO NOT GO TO THIS CLINIC! The good reviews must be friends/ family of the clinic. They turned me back for my face laser on the first day after waiting for over 25 minutes and I had to book in for the next day. The next day I was 10 minutes late and they tried to turn me back with no apology whatsoever. After demanding to let me in at my appointment time, the lady proceeded to yell at me and argue while lasering my face. There are still bits of hair she did not get and even said she was rushing. I spoke to the manager afterwards and she argued as well. No apology for turning me back and for trying to turn me back today. DO NOT GO TO THIS CLINIC. Ladies are rude and unprofessional. One of the worst laser clinics. Staff are not very friendly and helpful at all. I raised concerns about my treatment and they did not care nor take my feelings on bored. They also miss lots of patches of areas that are being lasered. Once my sessions are finished I will NEVER return to that awful clinic
