I recently visited the Laser Clinic The Glen and had the pleasure of being assisted by Vanessa. I must say, her exceptional attention to detail and careful approach left me thoroughly impressed.

Her careful approach made me feel reassured throughout the entire process. I could tell that she genuinely cared about me and wanted to provide the best possible service. During my recent trip to Melbourne, my skin became very dry. I visited this clinic and Nicole recommended some products to me that helped immensely. I felt very welcome and at ease. Thank you so much to all the lovely staff here!

Never again with laser clinics. Only reason i go to the Glen one was the lady that did a great job (Charlie) but every single time they have problems with my booking and keep me waiting for more than an hour because they "booked the wrong room". Then i come one day 6 minutes late because of traffic and they keep me waiting again with the lady at the front saying "you shoul have come on time" which is rich for a place that since the very first time kept me waiting 25min to 1h+ because of their own system issues. My time is precious too.

This is the best Laser Clinics. The staff is knowledgeable and so friendly. They make you feel comfortable and guide you through the entire process. They will answer your questions with competence and make the whole process of laser seamless. Kudos, team.

Hi had an appointment today at Laser Clinc Glen Waverley at 1: 00 which I mistakenly thought was at 1: 15. Arrived at 1: 10 to be informed that I am late 10 minutes and according their policy they took my 50 dollars deposit and if I want to rebook I need to reschedule. I was willing to rebook but they just took the entire amount which is even more than the treat cost as I paid extra not sure what I will do.
Be careful don’t pay deposit so if you have any emergency or simply late they do t take your money
I understand your cancellation policy but I didn’t even cancel, I came late which is my mistake but should not be punished by totally redeeming payment.

Therapist was lovely but the manager (Nicole) butted in on our discussion and called me a liar.
Her solution to my query about getting charged to fix up their error was that she would just refund me our packages and we can go elsewhere to get treatment.
Therapist had to intervene and bump her out of the way to deescalate her.
The manager is immature and definitely doesn’t deserve to be in a customer facing role let alone manage such a lovely team of therapists.
Based on other reviews here, she is out of her depth and terrible for your brand.
PS - she was wearing a white coat that said Cosmetic Doctor on it when she clearly isn’t a doctor.

I am really impressed with the customer service quality provided by Naz. She was amazing. She was gentle and professional and made my experience with skin needling and with laser clinic so incredible. I’ll definitely be going back to her and would recommend her to others.

Would highly NOT recommend this clinic!

I had laser hair removal sessions with this clinic, and it was a complete disaster. The entire process was painful and uncomfortable from start to finish.

First, the technician didn't properly explain the procedure to me, and I was left feeling confused and unsure of what was happening. As they started the laser treatment, the pain was excruciating, and I had to ask them to stop multiple times, the heat setting was turned up really high. I asked to turn the air up but the technician did not respond and continued to ignore the request.

To make matters worse, the lady also lasered my tattoo, which also left me in excruciating pain, and bleeding for days. Not that but it left me with discolouration, when I mentioned this to the clinic they simply did not care.

Additionally, the staff were unprofessional and seemed more interested in upselling me on additional treatments than ensuring my comfort and satisfaction.

Overall, I would not recommend laser hair removal at this clinic to anyone. The pain, lack of results, and poor customer service make it a complete waste of time and money.

Stopped providing towels-be prepared to sit half naked in a freezing room (I usually bring my bathrobe with me)

If you're 2 mins late, they reserve the right to tell you you're too late and they can't see you (your session will still be charged)

However, if you arrive on time, be prepared to wait past your booking time, because chances are they will not see you at the exact time you made your booking for.

Do not fall for the promotions. Misleading and turn out something else in the name of policies in the store. And to add, you will be asked to buy products when you step into the store and not while you book over phone. So make sure you read every line on website and save your time. Booked over phone clearly mentioning the treatment required.

I had an amazing experience at this clinic, I was having a bad day with my son and Tijani made me feel so comfortable, welcome and calm and was honest bout my skin concerns through out the procedure.

Been coming here for my laser appointments many times throughout the year and all the girls here are amazing and kind. Every single one I have had at the desk or giving me the treatment have been so amazingly wonderful to deal with. Never had to wait that long for my app and even forgot to go to one of my appointments (as I work in the Glen and was busy) and they found a solution and fitted me in another day even though it was entirely my fault. Normally something I would be quite nervous about, they make me feel extremely comfortable and would recommend to everyone!

Worst customer service, had a vascular laser appointment rescheduled twice, once because they decided not to open on Melbourne cup even though at the time of booking they said they would be and another time because staff was sick. Then when I finally came to an appointment I was 8 minutes late and told the machine needed to heat up so because of that I would need to reschedule I was too late. Do not go here the staff could care less.

Aquafacial treatment which was a fabulous experience. Staff were friendly and informative and I felt like a movie star rejuvenated and very happy. I felt so relaxed afterwards and my skin has continued to show the positive after effects of this treatement and I would highly recommend this treatment.

I had a bad experience on 6th of Nov with a sequence of events. I went there 15 mins earlier then the girl told me to either wait or come back because there is someone in front of me. Then i came back she did my laser Brazilian and back. She ran Brazilian area only once and there was not cold wind blowing and my treated area was painful and red. Then she told me I have no more treatments in my account which I found a few the next day when I logged in. However, I wanted to add two sessions and it was a misunderstanding because she let me pay for two and get two for free. Then she asked her colleagues if she can refund for me. Her colleagues first said no and then she told them the conversation so I got refunded. The second day I logged in and found out I had three sessions left what so ever and new purchased ones were not added. Then I called them and added them but my old ones are removed? Worse is yet to come. It has been a week, the hair in the treated only partly came off and most of them are still there and very strong. I’ve done many sessions before and none of them was like this time. I am seriously disappointed and I felt I wasted my money and time. That’s the new girl with piercing btw but if she only did one thing wrong I will just let it go. Anyone in my shoes will feel extremely unsatisfied just like me.

Staffs are caring and really look after you during the treatment. Booking is also easy and fast. Highly recommended.
