Loved the laser experience, very throughout information for the treatment before and after. Belinda was very professional, friendly and patient answering all my questions. They have good practice regarding laser procedures as well. Highly recommended.

Every time I’ve gone for both laser and facial treatments, everyone has always been professional and helpful. Julia has done my laser hair removal a couple of times now and she’s always been super friendly and explained the process. Would recommend.

Poor customer service and rude with customers
I expect better service given you are not the cheapest!
Injectable appointment asking to push it few min as I was running late and needed to attend my kids - she refused to push it (fair enough) but asked for 50 dollars to book me in again! The reasoning was - “I change appointments because I haven’t paid! “ What is that? ! Are you punishing your customers? Is that customer service?
If nurse was coming specially for me I would understand but she was fully booked and couldn’t spare 10 min
I haven’t cancelled nor just didn’t show up - I wanted to push it for few min!
she claimed this is a policy while this is my third visit to them and it was never mentioned any booking fees

It was my first time doing laser with laser clinic australis northland and i already see results just from first session. I had Naya do my laser for me and she was very sweet and welcoming aswell as very knowledgeable and professional in her work. Truly satisfied and definitely booking for more sessions with her!

I have been coming here for some time and see a lovely young girl called Ashley. She is very professional with all her treatments, gives me good advise and she is so lovey to have a chat to. I highly recommend Ashley.

Northland lazer clinic has been my go to for years now. The staff are incredible at making you feel comfortable and cared for especially Julia she always always accommodates for me and makes me feel so so comfortable she’s so friendly and all round amazing person! Highly recommend this clinic!

Do not even bother, I have been having treatments at this clinic for over 5 years and it has gone that far downhill it’s not funny, this morning I was 4 minutes late, my bad. Mind you I’ve never been late to an appointment once, however I’ve had to wait over 30mins past my appointment time for treatment. I got greeted with you are late and so we cannot do your full treatment which was full legs Brazilian and underarms. I apologised and took a seat, it was another 5minutes until someone took me to a treatment room for my laser and explained because I was late she could only do half leg instead of full leg. She then proceeded to tell me to buy another package and keep the package for next time and I said no I’ll just use the package I’ve purchased because I’m not coming back and then said we have some extra time would you like to purchase any add ons and I said no thanks I’d like the top half of my legs done as I had booked in for. And she said sorry we don’t have time for that. If I could give zero stars I would.

Would give this 0 stars if I could. Steer clear. My service left me with a second degree burn scar on my face performed by an unprofessional, rushed, careless technician. Upon returning to the clinic, they denied that I have burns on my face nor apologised for the awful experience. The manager also is passive aggressive and unapologetic, and does not respond to messages or provides anything in writing. Definitely spreading the word about this clinic, easy advertisement evidenced by the burn on my face. And if they injure you, they refuse to cover the costs of fixing the injury. Definitely reporting this dirt clinic to the regulating board.

I have been getting my Lazer with Lazer clinic Australian for years in a different suburb and they have been amazing. As I moved closer to preston, I planned on coming to the northland clinic since 2months. I went into the clinic today for my appointment and the girl at the Admin called “Jasmin “ was really rude and wasn’t helpful and wanted me to pay again even tho I had paid for it last month. I told her to call the manager or the person who took my payment as I had paid for 2 sessions. She wasn’t even listening or wanting to listen. She was going on and on. And walk away. I wasted my time and couldn’t even get my Lazer done that I had paid for. I have the emails and bank statements as well. She was so freaking rude and unprofessional and didn’t even want to look into it or check and call the manager or be nice. Wonder why they hire such people in customer facing jobs when they can’t even do their job right or try and find out what happened. I wouldn’t ever step into this pathetic clinic ever in my life. And I wouldn’t recommend anyone either. They have definitely lost a good customer who would have come every month. Just because of one silly unprofessional employee.

They still have my money 1,808 owner changed/edit terms and condition contract every day. June 2022.
Ripped off by these people not happy and never will be happy until I get my money back. Don’t by huge package from them ever.

Repetitive responses and repetitive abuse. Have no idea wat there doing.

Still sending me texts for their deals.

Unused package out of date from Mother's Day 2017 - 2018.
I had to move home.not living in Vic anymore.
DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE.

I have been their client for last 3 years but such a shame and disappointing my whole session was lost that due to unprecedent delay of 13 minutes to my appointment as I was stucked in heavy rainfall on my way. At last when I made to clinic after horrible experience on my way, I was told that I lost my whole session as I am late. No consideration for the old customer at all. Worst customer service ever. There were many occasions I have been asked to wait for 20 to 30 minutes but I never complained and understood their situation but when their turn came to understand situation at that time they talk about policy. Staff was rude and at same time seem happy that they don't need to do any treatment and got prepaid payment without doing anything.

My whole loyalty with this clinic lost with my lost session and staff's behaviour today. Never come to this clinic ever.

I am thinking to sue them or tell the whole world about their reality so that no one else needs to go through the same disappointment as I went through today.

I am so deeply hurt with their '' We don't care '' behavior.

I have never been so disappointed in client and patient centred care in my life. I came in for anti-wrinkle treatment and was left feeling extremely disappointed in not only the outcome of the treatment but the overall experience as a consumer.

I went in for my 2 week review as I was left with my major concern not being met. The treating nurse stated she treats conservative in which she did not highlight within the initial consultation. ‘Conservative’ anti-wrinkle treatment was something I did not ask nor wanted to pay 40-units of anti-wrinkle (Botox) for. The treating nurse stated I would have to pay for further units of anti-wrinkle treatment to receive my desired outcome. No post op photos were taken within this 2 week review which contributed to the lack of confidence I had towards the treating nurse. I contacted the manager via e-mail and had not received a response. I also called the provided mobile number which was disconnected.

I called this morning to relay my concerns to the manager and was left gobsmacked with the outcome, lack of empathy and overall lack of professionalism.

Be careful when booking online. They make you pick your skin type with no guidance, and if you pick wrong, you'll show up to your appointment and they will rudely send you home because the machine doesn't 'match' your skin tone. If you submit a complaint online, they will take over a month to contact you, even when you follow up multiple times. When they do finally contact you, they won't even bother to acknowledge your complaint/feedback. I lost $89. Don't waste your time/money with these rude people. Clear Skins a few shops down is 110% better and more professional.

Don't go to this place.
Worest customer experience ever, I booked and paid over the phone, and I've advised that I can book online as they use same system to reschedule.
I tried to reschedule online, and called them after online booking and they confirmed.
I went to my as my confirmed appointmnet, take a day off work to find out that they only do consultation and I need to come back later as the room to skin tone is busy.
Whoever answers the phone and confirmed my appointment, didn't mention anything about coming different day as they have no available room.
I asked to refund and they refused and asked me to wait 2 days for the boss to call me as the manager is away and the boss has no time.
Unacceptable response, wasting customer time and not refunding even if it is Thier mistake.

Update after owner replied to my post and promised refund.

2 days pass and the scammer/ owner
refund nothing. Scamer/ owner get time to reply to my review but didn't get time to return something not Thiers.
If your employees told you I abused them, please check the reviews which commonly mention you have untrained Rudd customer service employees.

Posted last month and my money is not refunded yet.
Really scamer.
