The staff here are always super friendly and helpful. The treatments i received had very good results. Also, i find their skin care products to be very effective. I love the new retinol oil. I am planning on booking some treatments here soon. Could not recommend this place enough.

Quality of service has gone downhill considerably in the last 12 months. Staff answering phones are vague about their 48 hour cancellations policy.

Considering they send out appointment reminders at just under 48 hours, good luck trying to cancel or reschedule when you legitimately cannot attend an appointment.
It seems like the only reason the Werribee LCA has customers returning is because most are locked into promotional packages which are non-refundable.

Aside from the consistently negative experiences I have had, there are some great staff at this clinic. Chelsea and Monira have been professional, courteous and informative during my appointments.

There is a staff member name zida. She is very nice professional, respectful, hardworking and looks after customers really well. Keep it up zida

Went to Jade for Botox and lip filler and was such an amazing experience.
She is so professional and spoke to me about each thing she was going to do before it happened so I was calm ️ looking for Botox and lip filler she is your girl!

I went to laser clinics wanting to get lip filler, i was lucky enough to have been booked in with Jade, she was so comforting, had a world of knowledge & made me feel as if i was in the best hands, my results where incredible. I highly recommend seeing Jade if you want to get lip filler! Xx

Amazing experience. I had my sessions with Katelyn Gracia and she is just fab. She has amazing knowledge about skin and is great with her skills.

Very very bad experience. I had microdermabrasion done, by the two different staff, first one was done very well. But second time just my skin was worse. They don’t accept that their staff do not have enough experience. Even once before my face skin was burned by the same staff. My face has gone worse instead of getting better.
Never visit this branch.
Money making only.

I would never recommend this branch to anyone after the poor treatment and service I have received.

After lodging a formal complaint, they agreed in writing to refund all my money including the treatment in dispute, other deposits and pre-paid treatments, only if I would sign a contractual agreement that contained unfair terms and conditions.

It has been more than 5 months, and they still haven’t refunded my money, despite numerous follow-ups.

I took 12 sessions and because I was taking sessions after every 4-5 weeks I thought growth is decreasing, once I stopped the hair growth is increased instead of decreasing, face skin becomes fluffy, face looks like swollen, when I complained and asked to fix it they said keep paying and keep taking sessions, should I keep taking sessions whole life. One of my friend going to Results Laser clinic her results are good. I will not recommend Australian laser clinics.

Happy to take your money for $1000+ of vouchers but good luck getting an appointment within 8 weeks for laser. Won't be buying vouchers from here again.
