Had my first session here and it was great! Cindy was amazing, she was really sweet and super thorough with my laser.

Purchased pigmentation treatment, been told that my daughter can’t get it due to Asian background. Money never refunded, waiting almost two month with lots of phone calls, Email, visit to the store. Manager seems never working at the store for customers.

I had an appointment with Nurse Louise at your clinic on Thursday the 7th of September.

I am beyond satisfied with the results of my procedure. Not only is she lovely, she is professional and very knowledgeable.

Even though I have been doing fillers for over 10 years, I learnt a lot from her in our appointment. She took time to explain everything in great detail and she listened to what result I wanted and met every expectation that I had.

I highly recommended her and look forward to future appointments with her.

Good service in the actual appointment, but booking the appointment online was so difficult for me and no one ever answers the phone. Going through the whole process and having log in issues, draining.

Very rarely I’d write a review for a service I DIDN’T receive, but this is an exception. I went in to have a consultation to see if I was the right fit for coolsculpting and thought I’d done my research. Unfortunately, I’m ineligible due to previous chillblains. Tayla was so professional and explained why this would be an issue and then pointed me in other directions for my issue. Big thumbs up to her. If you go here for a treatment they take your safety seriously.

I had my laser hair removal treatment today with Nadia. She is very accomodating and really good with her job. LCA-HP, you've got a jewel right there! Don't let her go.

Have done total 6 of 50mins laser hair removal sessions with them in the last 12 months, each session was scheduled for 50 mins on their booking system. Except the 1st, 4th and 5th session, The rest sessions were clearly rushed and had spots missed the treatment here and there. My last session with them from this morning is a typical example - arrived at 09: 01 for my 0900 appointment.lights was not on while a girl was just about to put out the shop banner and greeted me with her cold face. Her attitude was changed immediately when she was greeting the guy who steeped in the shop right after me. Been introduced into the treatment room at 09: 05, treatment started at 09: 10ish and I was out by 09: 45, it puzzles me how thorough the treatment I have just received as it was done in half an hour including 5–10mins skin prep for a 50 mins treatment session.

If I could vote 0 stars I would. I used to go to the chadstone clinic, the owner of the chadstone clinic also owns highpoint as I’ve heard through staff. The chadstone clinic closed down with no word at all to any of their clients who had paid packages. I called highpoint and asked them which they confirmed the chadstone clinic had closed down. The girl who I spoke to emailed me a transfer form to submit to have my package transferred to another clinic local to me which was fine. However 3 months going on 4 months has passed now and it has not been transferred yet. I have sent numerous emails to different clinics and the help system online, I have called highpoint probably over 50 times in the last few months and they do not answer their phones. After threatening to take it further over email I have received an offer of a refund of my package. However, I paid for this package on sale. Since I have not been able to use my package as it has been withheld from my use although it is MY money, to upkeep my services I have had to pay the full amount at another laser clinics. I requested this to be back paid to me as I should have been able to use my package which I purchased at a discounted price. They refuse. I will be taking this to the ACCC and further. Disgusting to take advantage of peoples hard earned money.

This clinic is next level rude. You can go in 10 minutes early for an appointment and there will be 5 girls behind the desk chatting amongst themselves and they won't see you until your appointment time or after. When you're one or two minutes late they refuse to see you and want to reschedule you. I had been attending this clinic on and off for years and don't think I've ever had the same therapist. High staff turn over and major inconsistencies when it comes to laser hair removal

I have booked for laser appointment today at Highpoint and did my shaving as well. The receptionist just called and said she need to reschedule my appointment and there are no slots available till 23rd January. Clinic says if we are cancelling or rescheduling we should do it at least 24hrs before the appointment and it applies to the clinic as well right. But they called couple of hours before and rescheduled it. Such a ridiculous experience. I just read previous reviews and most of the bad reviews were about rescheduling the appointment again and again which means when you book appointment be ready to experience the reschedule phase. If you are not a busy person then you can go ahead but if you are please dont waste time.

Specifically want to shout out Taylor. I look forward to booking again and hope I get her! I would give her 5 stars solely. She made me feel so comfortable and had great conversation for my long appointment.

I came in a couple of weeks ago, was greeted by a lovely beautiful girl named Nadia. I was also booked in with her for my laser hair removal and she did such an amazing job! Would definitely recommend Nadia for all your services.

The customer service and information provided was amazing. I was nervous going in as haven’t had it done before but my beauty therapist Steph was an absolute gem! She made me feel so comfortable and was so knowledgeable providing me detailed information about the treatment and how it works and the benefits. 10/10

Elise is an absolute superstar! I've seen her here for years, she's always very friendly, thorough and informative. I always feel comfortable. Would highly recommend her.

Staff were so incredibly nice and welcoming especially the receptionist Tina who was extremely friendly and well mannered. Had an otherwise amazing experience:)
