We have been getting our Laser Cutting and CNC folding done by Laser3D for nearly ten years now and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Super helpful team, attention to the small details and really good quality parts.

Dealt with Mitchell from start to finish. He was patient and guided me thoroughly through the whole process as this was my first time making an order. Turn around time was under two weeks which was impressive considering it was coming from interstate. First important thing was the cost. Anywhere between two to four hundred dollars cheaper than to have it cut in Sydney. Second important thing was the cut itself. Super clean and consistent all the way. Can’t recommend enough

I had a small order of aluminium parts cut by Laser 3D and the batch had excess heavy linishing marks and line etching wasn’t done that we had discussed - not a show stopper but a bit of a bummer.
I nearly rolled with it and moved on but I decided to mention this to it to the customer service rep that I been dealing with. He apologised and asked if I could bring them back in, I did and the next day the entire order was recut perfectly, cleanly and delivered to my door.
Legends!

Service Manager Clark Wilson so rude. Belittled and shamed me in front of everyone

Too expensive for an average cut quality, such expensive machines do not mean great quality.
Getting more competitive.
