My husband and I recently bought our wedding rings from Larsen after purchasing an engagement ring from Larsen last year. They were an absolute pleasure to deal with. My husband was able to select the perfect wedding band for him and I was able to custom design my wedding band. During the appointments we didn't feel rushed for time or under any pressure to buy anything. They were happy to work within our budget and showed us so many examples of rings to choose from. Would highly recommend to anybody.

Jacinta helped me design and create the perfect engagement ring. At every step along the way Jacinta showed me how the process works, never hesitated to give me an honest answer to every question, and made sure I was happy with everything before moving forwards. Jacinta was helpful and approachable from start to finish. I got a custom ring during lockdown and Jacinta kept me updated throughout the lockdown and restrictions period.
I remember it was very daunting and nerve raking visiting a jewellery store for the first time without knowing anything about diamonds or rings but Jacinta was very knowledgeable and assisted me greatly in designing the ring I had in mind. I could also tell that she was very passionate about her job and very excited to help me with my journey.
I also remember leaving the store that she never really pressured me in going over my budget or trying to upsell any items.
I look forward to visiting Jacinta in the store again when I start thinking about wedding rings! Highly HIGHLY recommend!

It was my first experience ordering a ring from Larsen and I am absolutely satisfy with my shopping. High level of customer service is something you are given with responsive staffs who help you during the process. I order it online due to Covid-19 situation and the ring is exactly same as the one shown in their website.

Fleur was great to deal with from start to finish. We visited the shop when on holidays in Melbourne to look at eternity rings for our 25th wedding anniversary. Fleur was extremely helpful and friendly with great advice to help us choose our rings. She was very accommodating when I stopped by the next day with my daughter to show her our rings with no appointment. We then dealt with Fleur by email when we returned home and Fleur was very prompt in her replies along the way of the process in the making our rings. Due to covid and our daughters being unable to bring our rings with them when visiting home, Fleur arranged for our rings to be delivered. We received our rings the next day from Melbourne to Gold Coast. The rings were packaged beautifully and we are so happy with the finished product. We are looking forward to celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary with our bespoke eternity rings in a couple of weeks. My partner and I made our wedding rings at Larsen Jewellery and it was such a great experience. Our jeweller Rod was patient and really generous in sharing his knowledge throughout the day. He walked us through each step and I was actually surprised by how much of the making we were actually able to do ourselves - with Rod on hand to correct if anything went wrong. I was 8 months pregnant at the time and still had a great time (I just sat down a lot). We were in the workshop that the Larsen jewellers actually use for their everyday work, and it was a lot of fun to see what goes on behind the scenes. And of course the rings are perfect. Thanks so much to the Larsen team - particularly Rod and Jacinta, who saw me on quite a few occasions as I double and triple checked my ring size!

I had a custom wedding ring made with Larsen during lockdown. They are reasonably priced and the craftsmanship is outstanding! Great communication from start to finish and the final product is amazing. I will be going back to have more jewellery created with them. Highly recommend.
