Luv this store normally! But today not so much! Last week I spent $822 on cattle products which included a vaccine gun for the product I had bought for $274. This is the gun I was sold to use with the product! The gun stopped working after 25 calves so had to change vaccine guns and lost a lot of the product whilst doing so. So now could only do 30 calves in stead of the 50 I should of been able to do! OK. I didn't complain and that is my loss. But today when I asked for a refund on the vaccine gun as it didn't work all hell broke loose! I was told it wasn't the right vaccine gun for that product and that's why it broke. Umm not my fault! That's what I was given. I asked if the refund could be taken off my transaction! The young fella came out and said that will be $127. Well I know that what I just bought was more like $300+! So doing the right thing I said "are you sure? Cause even with the refund I have 3 bags of milk powder which are $92 each and then I have other stuff as well" back in the shop he went. I then followed him as him coming in and out was too hard. This is where things went wrong. I paid for my things and then realised there was no refund on it the old fella started to get upset and and wanted to take it off the tube feeder that I was buying for someone else using their card! I said no cause that's not mine! He then yelled at me " well do you have money to pay for it" to which I replied YES! He then had a hissy fit and said to some of the other staff as walking out the back waving both arms in the air " Someone else deal with this thing! " and looked directly at me! Well I am a customer! Not a thing! So I said " Excuse me. Don't you dear speak to me like that, that is disrespectful! His reply" I'll speak to you how ever I bloody well like! " it went back and forth a bit after that and I think my final words were" if you are having a bad day don't take it out on me".
I would like to remind this gentleman that the only reason this business stays open is because it has customers! If you are rude to them the way you were you will just have a shop full of product.
Sorry for the long rant. But not happy! Should not of happened. Disgraceful. I could of just paid the $127 and robbed them for the other $180 odd $$ but that is not the right thing to do.
Stupid me. By the way the refund was $29. All this over that!
