Super-impressed with the speed and professionalism of the work, and the price was a lot less than competitors too. My Macbook Pro battery developed a sudden fault one day, and was clearly about to die. This business was able to order a new battery immediately. It arrived in two business days and was replaced while I waited that afternoon. Everyone I dealt with - Frank (the owner), Fred (the brilliant electronics engineer who does the repairs) and Tina (another staff member) - was courteous, professional and helpful. Highly recommended!

Good service, but absolutely terrible workmanship. Left my laptop for a diagnosis, and it was returned with missing screws and scratches. In light of this, I would never get them to repair anything. You essentially pay them money to cause more damage to your PC. It would be better to sell it for parts and buy a new one. I guess it really is a matter of 'you get what you pay for'.
They are at least quite friendly, even if they are so incompetent that they fail to do the simplest of jobs.
They aren't even professional enough to make sure they don't leave screws out. It says a lot about the quality of their work, and the extra scratches to the laptop and even the power supply doesn't help.
Do not go here, it is a waste of time and money.

I have used Laptop Kings a couple of times over a few years with different computers. The service has been customer-focussed with prompt resolution and sensible advice.

Two years ago Laptop Kings fixed my Toshiba under guaranty. This time fixed my two Toshibas which now run better than new one. Thanks to Frank and his team for excellent service and good price. Recommended to my friends.

You won't find better prices or service than Laptop Kings! I travel 2 hours each way to get to them. Many years ago Frank got my old Toshiba laptop working again and it still does. Laptop Kings moved from South Melbourne to Southbank, half hour more travel time for me and well worth it! Frank got another older Toshiba laptop working again. They certainly are Laptop Kings. Tram 96, Stop 126 gets you there- ample parking if you drive.

Hard to find and get too, staff were polite, very empty store tho, place needs a bit of a makeover

Had a problem with my HP Spectre which my regular tech couldn't fix after numerous visits. Went and saw Frank and Gerard, described my problem and Gerard had me walking away with a smile and my computer fixed. Many thanks for a job well done!

They provided a really good service for laptops in terms of hardware and software. The concern is that their prices is a bit expensive.

This shop is one of those amazing shops that only locals know about. I had my keyboard not responding for three days and one of the employees in JB Hi-Fi told me about this store. I came to them, gave them my laptop on Friday, and took it back on Monday.

They cleaned my laptop, solved the problem and all with good price. Highly recommended.

Great service! Very professional prompt. When I called for updates, they were very patient and detailed explaining what were happening. They even cleaned the screen and the keyboard of my laptop. Really deserves half an hour tram to send my laptop to this place!

I took my laptop in to Laptop Kings because my headphone jack was stuck in the outlet. Frank was a champion and managed to get it out on the SPOT, free of charge. You don't find service like that many places anymore. THANK YOU SO MUCH!
