The store is clean and tidy, and the service is very enthusiastic. The most important thing is that the noodles are delicious~ I am a regular customer~ Recently, the store is doing an event and you can get free handmade drinks! Everyone, go and gather wool! !

There are no side dishes, but a set meal is offered, and the chopsticks on the table are shared.

What an absolute joke with regard to service here. Our trio ordered a bowl of noodles each. One bowl didn’t arrive, one bowl was incorrect according to soup base, chilli omission and noodle type. When we alerted them to this error, the blank faced add member told us that the missed bowl could be replaced with a generic bowl of noodle soup; rather than what we had actually ordered…we agreed because we were on a tight time frame but asked that this we bowl not have chilli. When it arrived, it was filled with chilli despite the manager confirming with us prior to service. What is the purpose of asking if you’re going to do the complete opposite!
Would not return! I wonder whether this 1 star review qualifies me for a free drink promotion that they’re advertising in exchange for 5 star reviews.

No doubt the best Lanzhou Beef Noodles I had in Australia, the noodles are just sooo good, I wish I could have it everyday!

I tried to pay with liven at the cashier, but the waiter with the red hair said he didn’t know whether they are the participating location and it’s not their job to check with the manager. The manager Lora or Lola came in and said it’ s non of her business. Through the whole process only another waiter at the cashier was trying to help. Very poor management and extremely bad customer service. I was a fan of the noodle but I guess no guest shall be treated this way.

The wait staff stared us down with their arms crossed, completely focused on us, not bothering to check their phones or talk to each other, because we were still in the restaurant 5 minutes after closing time.

If they were so concerned about us disrupting their close they shouldnt have sold us food at 845. And perhaps they should have brought it out before 855.

Broth lacked flavour and was quite watered down compared to other master lanzhou venues we’d visited (maybe because it was end of day). Wasn’t much meat either. Waiter served us with the same gloves he used to mop the floor (and the ground beneath our feet while we were eating). He held the bowl with his thumb inside the rim. No pleasantries on the way out.

Legit lanzhou beef noddle! And the service is good as well. Definitely a good place to go with friends and families!

Average experience. Came here around 7: 30pm on a Friday night and all but one of the noodle dishes were sold out and many other sides unavailable. Have had significantly better experiences at other Master Lanzhou outlets and was disappointed in this one.

The experience is amazing, the noodles are amazing! The service was nice, recommend anyone who likes noodles! The environment is nice and beautiful!

Great textured noodles. I had the dry noodles and it was served lukewarm at best. Tasty but both my friend and I were sick afterwards.not sure if it was from here but these noodles are meant to be served hot.

Noodles are ok. Not very special. But they provide the disposable chopsticks and plastic soup spoon, which is not good.

Amazing noodles, the beef is just one of the best in town. The prices are fair and the location is great.

Comfort food for a cold weather kinda day! Came here for their signature beef noodle and also the dry mixed noodle. The broth was really flavourful for the beef noodle soup and the noodles were tangy and well-cooked. Loved the sauce for the dry noodle, perfectly adjusted to go with the wide noodle. Every strand of noodle was rich in flavour. Would definitely visit here for more and maybe try out other dishes they offer!

One of my favourite noodle shops in Melbourne. Generally very consistent no matter which shop you visit. Nice layout and spacious setting. The drinking water station is always a welcome feature. Was a quiet night when I visited so my order came out in about 7 mins.
