I've been seeing the GPs here for 5+ years now and I'm extremely happy with the care and professionalism shown from all staff; GPs, nurses and receptionists alike. The doctors are thorough and take the time to listen, understand and explain, no rushing you through. Thank you for the quality care provided to my family.

I've found Langwarrin Medical offer a great all round service. The doctors and staff are warm, professional, and truly attentive, I highly recommend this clinic for excellent and prompt medical services.

Have been seeing Dr Wang for awhile now - she is fantastic and so is Dr Hlaing and Gupta! The dedication to patient care is very evident. Highly recommend.

Rude reception, aggressive and not helpful. For a business their first point of contact is the reception. They have failed

Blatant extortionists got a phone call about some blood results and was then sent a bill in the mail for $90
For a 2 minute phone call no scripts, certificates, simply just to say that my results came back all good and then they have the audacity to sent me a $90 bill

What used to be an amazing clinic is now pathetic. Expensive, rude reception staff and most of the good doctors have had the foresight to leave. Definitely won't return.

Been part of this surgery for 50+ years and astounded that doctors leave without notice to 'patients', everything is now money, money, money! Doctor couldn't find previous referral and then charged as a result of their incompetence with their system as an extended consultation. Yeah! You need a script and it is a consultation $. Service minimal, long wait as no doctor ever on time and every $ they can squeeze out of you the norm. Go to Epicenter in gateway Shopping Center. Great Doctors who seem to stick around.

I’ve had the most unpleasant experience with the receptionist in this clinic. Receptionist was a female - I will not reveal her name to protect her privacy - who was incredibly rude, and unwilling to pass on critical patient information when requested by external medical services. I would recommend for the clinic hr to review this issue as this may compromise patient safety for future purposes.

These guys do not care about the patient. Just the money. Save your time and money and find a decent place.

I first went to the medical clinic when they were in Frankston next door to Lazel’s electric appliances Nepean Highway back in 1961, the year we moved to Frankston and since then I have followed them to Beach Street and then to the current location Union Road Langwarrin. I have had many doctors as some have retired. I like all of the doctors and the reception staff and nurses. I love to go to one place only and Langwarrin medical clinic is that place. I have not had any problems for most of my life and I have recommended LMC to many people. Very professional and polite group.

Amazing receptionists their phones ring non stop & they are still so pleasant and helpful. Dr Baker has been my full time dr for over 5 years now. Very knowledgeable & very helpful.

Husband received a text message saying he had an appointment for the next day? When he rang the next day to enquire why? He was told his doctor had made the appointment for follow up telephone call! Waited all day for the call and nothing at all was received!

I cannot recommend Dr Yue Wang enough. She is such an amazing GP, and I'm so grateful that I found her. She has helped myself and so many others I've recommended to her so much.

My family has been going to the clinic for last 17 years everyone including our family doctor are caring amazing people. The receptionists and nursing staff are outstanding as well.

Made an appointment for 7am and no one showed up until after 7.10am.then the doctor saw a walk in with no appointment before seeing me. This was not an emergency situation and the walk in patient made a point of saying that it was not urgent. By 7.30am I had to leave without having seen the doctor because I was late for work. What's the point in having appointments? My time is as important as anyone elses and I lost an hour of my day for no reason. Very disappointed.

Tabinda Malik is a life saver. Never seen such a great GP in my life. She is Aaaaamaaazzziiinggg!
