5Would only recommend for small parties and get togethers. The place is to small for much larger parties, but it's simple to get to with it being in a service road off the main road. There's also the local skate park and bike track next door to hang out with friends.
Amazing night! Great place for a party, friendly and helpful staff at the Frankston council and Langwarrin shop.
Local Salsa dance group (Southern Cross Salsa Frankston) organised a social event. Place was fantastic. Never been here before. Easy to get to, great facilities (kitchen, toilets, tables and chairs, etc) and VERY clean and ample parking. We had a great time and hoping to make this a regular event. Comes highly recommended.

I have had a 21st and a 60th plus i have attended other functions there and everyone said it was great to attend plus I had nearly 100 people at ours.
